A courtesy cleaning service can be provided upon request from Tuesday to Saturday.Linen and towels will be changed after every 3-night stay.
Please note that noise is not allowed in any common areas of the building and the building has quiet hours from 22:00 to 05:00.
Guests should please adhere to the rules of the complex during their stay.
No day visitors allowed.
The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

Guests may strictly use the apartment for vacation purposes only. Should the apartment be used by corporate guests, these guests are not allowed to promote their business in any way or form in the building or on the premises.
The apartment may not be used for any business where any illegal trade is involved.
No alcohol consumption in any common areas of the building such as the corridor, parking area and elevator.
Vehicles parked in incorrect parking bays will be clamped and an R 500 removal fee will be applied.
