It was very nice, slept warm and stayed, would like to stay there again anytime.
I got everything I needed for a stay of almost two weeks. Want to highlight the laundry room, where I come to wash, dry and fold all my laundry. I had a nice stay and wouldn't mind visiting again. Only gripe was that the WiFi had to be shared and was a bit slower than I had hoped for at times. The cause seems to be the built-in limitations of the technology, and not something that can be easily changed.
We enjoyed the stay very much. What a cute place! It was very cosy, tidy and safe, and our pets enjoyed it too. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you very much!

Fantastic house in the heart of Robertson. We really enjoyed exploring the village on foot. All the shops were nice walking distance. The cottage is beautifully equipped and has everything one needs.

Our party got caught in Robertson during the floods, and Manuel was so gracious to have us stay at the very last minute. Not only did he go out of his way to ensure we had firewood for the night, but he also assisted us in returning a parcel to Cape Town with some belongings that were left behind. I would absolutely recommend 20 on Adderley to anyone looking for a comfortable space to stay with friends.

Nice stay and very nice people.
We were met by the owner, Manuel, a charming man who made us very welcome. It's a large old country house, very comfortable, in a street lined with Jacaranda trees. We were lucky to be there when all the Jacarandas were in full bloom.
Unfortunately, I was there during a storm and the roof in the kitchen leaked into the glass cabinets. Stunning place! Manuel very friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, clean, everything is there. The roof leaks into the kitchen.
The owner, Mannie, was very friendly and helpful. The cottage is well equipped and we really enjoyed the indoor braai, especially because it was so cold. However, Adderely Street is very busy and our night's rest was somewhat disturbed by dogs barking and people making noise in the street. As an overnight destination, however, 26 on Adderley is suitable.
We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful, large old house with its beautiful wooden floors and windows. Spacious rooms and kitchen and very neat yard. The surroundings are beautiful and we would love to come and stay there again. Ideal for a large family.

My team came back and told about how nice they stayed even if it was just one night.
The only inconvenience was the 1 pot which limited the braai food to be prepared and the fact that there was no iron to iron our clothes.
Just not adequate kitchen equipment. We had a very nice stay. The cooking that so slight challenge. Pots and bowls are on the small side and no bottle opener or grater. So pack your own kitchen supplies! But clean and tidy! We will go again!
There were some cobwebs under the tables, but the only reason I know that is because I had to take my little one's toys out of there. Microwave oven is a bit small for larger bowls. House smelled of smoke and we are non-smokers.
Many thanks to Manuel who warmly welcomed us at 26 on Adderley Street in Robertson. Rooms were neat and parking was safe. The place is in the middle of the town and everything is close by. We were looking for a place to stay for one night and 26 on Adderley worked for us. We would love to visit again in the future.

Comfortable old house. I stayed alone at 26 Adderley and lacked nothing. Offers everything needed to have a nice stay. With the house's indoor barbecue, it really lends itself to social gatherings. Owner Manual was friendly and helpful. On my next visit to Robertson I will rent 26 Adderley again, if available.
