The room was neat and clean and there was also a kitchen area with a microwave oven and cutlery to use if needed and a braai area.

Initial booking promised breakfast included, confirmation following payment excluded breakfast. Clarity was sought, and we were promised the breakfast would not be charged. The manager insisted it would be charged. As we planned an early departure, I saved my energy and accepted the ruling. It spoiled my experience overall, however. WiFi did not work.

I didn't sleep there myself, but booked for my son and his fiancé, so I can't really say much, but they say it was ok.
We love to try new places. Unfortunately, we were not that impressed with our choice. Only one room has an air conditioner, others only fans. But costs remain the same. TV and WiFi did not work at all. Pool was shown but no mention of Jacuzzi, reason for our choice. No bottled water and bad coffee and powdered milk. Next night we slept in Bloem, light years better. Short a bathtub in bathroom to put bath bag.
We booked for room 2 with a double bed. For no reason, the hostess put us in room no. 1, which had 2 three-quarter beds. Her words were 'you are only here for one night', what a disappointing experience, not our choice at all. Why make a reservation and exercise your option just to put you in a room, which is really unacceptable. Unsanitary, poor bathroom! No glasses in room, must use glasses outside common kitchen.
The toilets were not working properly. The rooms had foul smell due to the toilet. The owner was very rude to us. The pool was not clean. There was nothing good about that place.
This is now my third time staying here and I enjoy it every time.

The hostess is very friendly, helpful and the facilities are tidy. Breakfast was outstanding and reasonably priced. We barbecued and used the facilities at no extra cost. The outside kitchen was handy.

Instead of the large chest of drawers, a fridge, a small table and a chair would be more practical. I would rather listen to channels 144, 400, 401, 2 and 3 and 181 on TV than to the SABC. The toilet's seal does not close tightly every time and leaks water until the arm is lifted. Please note up to the spelling of 'disturb'. It's without the 'e' at the end. The power distributor's plugs don't all work all the time.

Annamarie welcomed us very kindly and is an exceptional hostess, she went out of her way to make it as comfortable as possible for us and provided for extra things that were not even included in the price. It is very neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious and I would definitely go there again.
The service is excellent and very friendly. Have no complaints, everything as advertised, and the price is very fair. I can definitely recommend 28 on Andrew, and I myself will go back there again. The only complaint (and it's not really a complaint) is that there are no extra windows to create a draft through the room, but for the price I'm not complaining about that at all. Very nice place and Annemarie is an excellent hostess.
