Value for money, beautiful sea views, and will book again in the near future. Restful and peaceful.
Nice close to the sea and hiking trail. The house is well equipped and the balcony is safe for small children.
My stay at Seaview on 2822 was wonderful. Waking up to the sea view for the past 3 days has been great. The shops are also very close. I will definitely recommend this place if you just need a breakaway from the city.
This place is at the top of our favorites! We had a very rainy weekend (with 2 children 11 and 9), but were able to relax wonderfully with the warm fireplace! There is also Apple TV and Netflix. Wifi speed is 10mbps and works very well, except during a big rugby match when the whole town uses WiFi. So we couldn't watch the game, but could watch it the next morning. The dishwasher was a lifesaver, and there are even lights during loadshedding. The sea is not far at all. The braai area was recently closed with sliding doors, so we could have a great time there apart from the rain. Elna and Dries are lovely. It feels like we've known them for years. We will go again for sure.
Lovely accommodation with a beautiful sea view, walking distance from the sea. Friendly, hospitable host/wife made us feel so at home, wish we could have stayed longer!
Bettysbaai is a beautiful village.
Lovely spacious house that is very tidy and walking distance from the beach, with a beautiful view and a lovely fireplace for the cold evenings. Will stay there again for sure. Very affordable for what you get there.
We were treated to a coupon for coffee and milkshakes at Coffee on Clarence, a little gem. What was really nice is that the house is within walking distance of Sea Biscuit, Coffee on Clarens, The Hub and a small supermarket. Only thing that bothered me a bit was the rubbish drive away. Maybe it would help to have a steel booth on the sidewalk where you can put the bags. But it's something small.
We were so warmly received by Elna and Dries. All amenities are in the house. It is wonderfully private and has the most beautiful view. It is truly a place where one can relax.
