Enjoying a beautiful sea view, the second-floor apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 16, and comprises 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area. Please note that the apartment is reached via stairs.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom contains a ceiling fan and a double bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. The rooms share the use of a bathroom with a big shower. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or the dining table on the covered patio overlooking the ocean. There is a laundromat around the corner where guests can leave their washing at an additional fee.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with the DStv Family Bouquet.
The complex offers communal undercover or open-air braai areas located next to the swimming pool. Secure parking is available behind an automated gate with open parking.
Guests have easy access to the beach for swimming and surfing. Guests can also go boating on the lagoon, or take the 9.5 km to Galleria Mall which offers various shops and restaurants, and all that Amanzimtoti has to offer.
There are secure, open parkings behind security gates inside the complex.

We certainly had a nice stay, well rested and renewed strength for a new week of work.
Apartment and linen are on standard, lovely walk-in porch. Banks could do with attention. Pool area is beautifully maintained, security of complex is very good. Eurika was very helpful with information and suggestions. Thank you.
I definitely recommend 29 Adante as an awesome destination to experience. Was such a relaxing peaceful place, very neat, the view is amazing. I loved my stay a lot.
Clean and everything worked. I would recommend the place. The owner was very helpful and informative about neighbourhoods and its services. The neighbours were friendly, swimming and braai facilities where clean available. Security it was very impressive. Everything was as she described by her. I would book any day. She mentioned breakage deposit which is due for refund today and all was as she described and communicated prior our visit.
The view was good. It was safe. Only the fridge was not working.

First of all there were three floors of stairs to climb, garage was not available, extra room in the apartment was locked and through window we could see why the apartment did not have a washing machine or tumble dryer because it was locked inside. The sharp knives in the drawer were so flimsy. If you are on holiday you still want to wash your clothes and towels! The price was high and one would expect one to be able to use the washing machine. The fridge downstairs was unbelievably full of dirty blood and under the beds were papers from people who had stayed there! The pool in the complex was not as blue as in pictures and full of stuff that doesn't get scooped out.

- 29 Adante can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 16.- Should a guest wish to accommodate more adults in lieu of children, please enquire accordingly, but please note a surcharge may apply as the unit is not suited for more than 4 adults.
- Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
- Only the permitted number of people, children included, are allowed on the property. If the capacity is exceeded, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- Please note, the accommodation is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- Guests are requested to adhere to the complex rules at all times.
The refundable key and breakage deposit is R1000 and directly payable to the owner beforehand via electronic transfer (EFT). The breakage deposit will be paid back via electronic transfer within 3 days after check-out, if everything is in order.
A partly cleaning service is available at R300 per day during your stay (washing excluded). It must be arranged beforehand and is payable with the breakage deposit.
Late check-in and early check-out can be arranged. The normal check-in hours are from 14:00 to 18:00 and check-out is from 07:00 till 09:00.
