The beautifully furnished house consists of 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and a self-contained en-suite loft apartment with a kitchenette over the triple garage, which can collectively accommodate up to 12 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms are each furnished with either a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, or 2 single beds. The loft apartment includes a queen-size bed, a single bed and a cot. The bathrooms are fitted with either a bath, a shower, or a combination of both. Each room opens onto a balcony with beautiful views of the golf course.
The spacious kitchen is adjoined by a separate scullery, and opens seamlessly onto a formal lounge area. The kitchen includes a spacious island with seating and is fully fitted and equipped with a double fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, cutlery, crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge includes comfortable couches and opens onto a dining area with an 8-seater dining table. The second living area includes a TV and comfortable seating opening onto a poolside bar area on the golf course side, and a private garden with outdoor seating on the leeward side.
Views from both levels are across a stunning wetland with a wide variety of buck and birdlife, onto the 12th fairway, with easy access to the trampoline and a swimming pool. The property includes solar & battery backup and a JOJO tank for backup during outages. Complimentary Wi-Fi and secure parking are available to guests during their stay.
