35 guests' feedbackWe had a nice stay there but didn't have any of the geyser's on and off times so we had no hot water. We couldn't take a proper shower and my wife just took a bath. The schedule of the geyser times would be appreciated. I specifically took the unit that has a bathtub.

I't was good and the rooms were very clean.
They were very accommodating. The people are friendly and will be there to assist you when needed. The only thing that was a bit of a problem was the parking because our bakkie is big, so we struggled getting out. Other than that, it was a perfect accommodation. Would recommend.
Not enough hot water for 2 people to both shower every day. 15 spiders were seen on ceiling. Deluxe room had no fan or shower curtain. Virtually no storage space in the kitchen. Cupboards in room are old, dirty and smell bad. Conter in kitchen is swollen from water damage. Sink in kitchen in very impractical place. Unit was too small for 2 persons, especially for 3 nights. Host continuously cursed loudly in front of our room window while on a phone call. No top sheet on bed. Shower leaked and the toilet was surrounded by water. Little space for parking. After a trip of approx. 1500km, we definitely expected more since we paid full price. At least we were received kindly.

Few errors to note. 1. Shower is blocked (room 5). 2. Toilet is black inside. 3. Don't wash a bath plug. 4. Plugs are overloaded with different items' plugs.
Very quiet place and clean.
We booked and confirmed the Deluxe room for 1 night. According to the photos and description, we should have had a king size bed in the room, as well as a couch. There was no couch and only a double bed. The description also mentions that there is a fan in the room, but we couldn't find the fan at all when we wanted to use it later that evening.
Our place was ready on arrival and we were busy late so could check in anytime. Place is nice, neat and clean. All the amenities there. Friendly welcome. Just one complaint; the bed's mattress could perhaps be upgraded a bit.
As a traveler, I have been using 298 on 34th for almost a year now when I travel for my master's degree research. Beautiful, clean and safe.

Everything is perfect, easy to locate and clean.
Parking is very difficult especially with a large vehicle like a Fortuner. A desk with a power plug for a laptop would also be of value. In the kitchen, the kettle, microwave and induction hob share a power plug.
Parking for vehicles was problematic. The unit was spacious. The bathroom door could not close properly. There were pots, but not a pan to fry eggs in. TV is only the basic package. Decoder didn't always want to work. There was only one bedside table and one bedside light on one side of the bed. The lace curtain in the room dragged on the ground and could possibly lead to accidents or damage. No cabinet or shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. Lovely shower but no hold for an elderly person (my mum is 78 and found it difficult without a hold). Overall good value for money though. Good location. Definitely animal friendly. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service was offered.
At first glance, the setup feels like low-cost housing. Units are too cramped with little privacy. Hostess was unprofessional and her control over the other guests was poor. Front door opens and closes very hard. No shower door. Had to ask for dog droppings to be removed in front of the door. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Very unpleasant stay!

Friendly service, very quiet night's rest.
The sleeping place was neat and clean. It has everything you need for an overnight stay. We took our daughter to university and it was about a 15 minute drive there. Will definitely use the place again in the future.

We were welcomed by friendly hosts which was great. The unit is better than the pictures with everything we needed available and in a clean space. Happy with the safety of the area and parking space given. The shopping center is conveniently close by. Definitely somewhere I would go again.
