3 guests' feedbackNothing was wrong with the accommodation in general, except that the washing machine did not have a door, with the result that one could not wash clothes. The check-in was delayed due to previous people who checked out late. The floors, carpet and fridge were still dirty. As towels could not be washed, we requested new towels from the agent half way through the holiday. Handfuls of towels were delivered to us. The bathroom also overflowed due to a clogged drain. Upon request, drain cleaner was poured in by the agent. The problem continued, after which we cleaned the drain ourselves and pulled a ball of hair out of the drain. As I say, the apartment is pleasant, but I think the agent and cleaners are the problem.
Lovely place, clean, neat and peaceful. Beautiful, rooftop pool with view. Apartment had a nice balcony and the place was beautiful. 10/10 would recommend for a peaceful relaxing stay.
