Als was very neat and clean. Eden sands 3's parking is awfully far from the apartment - would rather suggest every apartment's parking should be close.
During our stay, we experienced nothing but pleasantness. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the level of furnishings. Our patio provided a great vantage point for spotting dolphins. We would definitely recommend staying here.
The apartment is centrally located to get to the surrounding places and close to all the major beaches.
Apartment was neat and clean. Domestic help came in every day. Beautiful view of the sea and the pool is at the entrance from the front door. The children had a wonderful time together in the evening. Was easy and quick to get to the sea. Will definitely rent the apartment again for a holiday.
One of our best experiences! May I suggest one thing though: give some attention to the shower that leaks a lot.

The apartment is neatly redone with everything you need, but there are no bowls for salad or to mix something and for the microwave oven. Will definitely go there again in the future.

Eden Sands is a lovely unit with direct access to a breath-taking sea. The unit could improve on cleanliness and the bathroom could be renovated. The complex is well maintained with good security. Wendy is extremely helpful and friendly.
It was a nice 3 days and very peaceful.
It was good, it's just that the main door didn't lock, the lock was faulty.
The accommodation is a bit neglected, cupboards that are moldy and the place is not very clean.
Very neat apartment with sea view. Swimming pool with exceptional sea view is at the front door which is very convenient. Feel very safe there. Security is top notch with an alarm system and security guards on constant patrol. Grill overlooking beach and sea. Just walk down to the beach, main beach located about 500 m further, but within walking distance. Very safe for children. Nice to just walk down to the beach, children really enjoy it. Shopping centers located nearby. Large center 3 km away. Would definitely recommend the apartment and go back again.

Our apartment is a strictly no smoking, no vaping unit. Please ensure that all smokers practice their habit well away from the building and other non-smoking guests. Also, dispose of the stompies once extinguished in the dustbins.
There is a plastic table and chairs available for your use to sit outside on the patio and it is safe to leave these outside for the duration of your stay. Please do not take the couch and chairs outside the unit.
The allocated undercover parking for our unit is next to the office and is marked # 3. It is a short distance (up the hill) and so you are welcome to offload your belongings on arrival closer to the front door, but kindly park in the designated parking so as not to inconvenience other guests.We reserve the right to terminate a reservation immediately should the need arise due to unruly behaviour or disruptions to other residents.
