3 Key Largo is a beautifully furnished and well-equipped self-catering unit on the ground floor of a popular child-friendly resort-style complex. The apartment features inviting Mediterranean-inspired decor, ideal for guests in search of a laid-back seaside retreat.

The complex has direct access to sandy white beaches which have lifeguards on duty. Enjoy a sundowner on the patio where you smell, hear and see the waves breaking. During winter months, you can watch the whales and dolphins play from the patio or maybe even experience the annual South Coast Sardine run.

This unit is suitable to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests, 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 16. The unit is ideally suited to accommodate no more than 4 adults, and should a guest wish to accommodate more adults' in lieu of children this must be stated when requesting a quotation and a surcharge may be applied at the owners discretion.

It comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an open-plan kitchen and living area. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. There is a double fold out sleeper couch in the living room and also a daybed. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with stools. The living area features a flat-screen Smart TV with Openview channels. Guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder or stream. The unit has uncapped Wi-Fi.

The unit is let in its totality, in other words, the entire unit and not only rooms. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms and the unit is also fitted with an air-conditioner to cater for those hot summer days and nights. The unit is personally managed and cleaned by the owners which reside within a 10-minute drive from the unit and guests are met and welcomed by the owners upon arrival and departure. Early arrivals or late departures can be arranged - subject to availability and prior arrangement with the owners.

Outside, there is a dedicated carport in front of the unit. The complex also offers a swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, and squash courts as well as a laundry room and braai facilities. It is in close proximity to shops, restaurants, and many tourist attractions.

Please note that body corporate rules must be adhered to at all times and under no circumstances will more than six guests inclusive of adults, children, babies and visitors be permitted. This is policed and should these rules be violated guests will be evicted immediately and no refund will be given.

Pets are not permitted in the complex. Guests are kindly requested to consider other occupants in the complex.

Should overcrowding occur guests will be evicted immediately and no refund will be given.
