The patio has staggered glass doors to allow usage during any weather conditions, and a sea view.
Parking is available right at the front entrance of the unit. The apartment is serviced on before arrival and after departure. Additional servicing can be arranged on request.

We had a few problems but the owner dealt with them timeously. The only problem I would really complain about is the TV being situated in the dining room /outside area and not in the lounge and please specify on the website that the unit is only compatible with HD decoders as we took our explora and had no TV viewing for a day and with my grandkids TV is a must, thanks.
The neighbour had a problem with our stay there on the first night.
Apart from hours of load shedding, our power was off for 3 days. Had to throw away a lot of perishables because the fridge didn't work. No cold drinks enjoyed.
3 La Mouette is ideally situated to be close to a SPAR and the beach.
This apartment is even better than the pictures present it to be and is very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with tasteful appliances. The view is amazing and the beach is within walking distance. The apartment has beautiful décor and comfortable beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are co-joined and share an en-suite so will be comfortable for family. We were pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with our choice of accommodation and would absolutely recommend staying here and have in fact already booked our next weekend away.
Delicious, wet and pleasant. Maybe have TV OVHD put in for kids.
Only a couple issues such as a leaking pipe in the sink, lack of WiFi or any good reception in the house, and arriving to an empty gas canister. Apart from that, a truly wonderful stay.
