House rules
The property rules and guidelines state that smoking is prohibited on the premises, and pets are not permitted. All fires or charcoal used in the designated braai areas must be extinguished or cooled down before guests retire for the night.The cleaning lady is contracted to work for 3 hours, 6 days a week in the mornings, and has her own set of keys and gate remote control. She does not work on Sundays or holidays. Guests should note that the self-catering house does not provide bath towels or swimming towels.
When using the Jacuzzi, guests must add the appropriate cleaning agents as requested after use. Glassware, glass cups, and similar items are not allowed in or around the Jacuzzi. Only plasticware is permitted, and the Jacuzzi pump must be turned on 4 hours before a session to ensure the correct temperature. Additionally, the pump and heat must be turned off at 21:00.
To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music is not permitted between 22:00 pm and 8:30 am, and parties involving alcohol are strictly prohibited.
The breakage deposit will be returned in cash at check-out once a full inventory and damage check has been conducted.
A secure parking area that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles is available on the premises, although it is not covered.
