Montanique was very good regarding communication. We enjoyed our stay. Irene, the cleaning lady, was also very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean when we got there.
In a nutshell, very comfortable, affordable and relaxing, with awesome views. Also close to all amenities and medical facilities.
Could not have asked for a better view to relax and enjoy the beauty of cape Town. The unit offers everything I wished for, clean, peaceful, spacious and that view! We had beautiful sunny weather, all in all, an amazing few days.
Fantastic view of Table Mountain and the sea. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Very centrally located and within walking distance of the beach.
The view is stunning and overlooking Table Mountain and close to all the necessary shops. You will have rest for your soul there. I would recommend this place for anybody wanting a great getaway.

The apartment is very neat and clean with sufficient amenities. A lovely bed with duvet and blankets. The windows don't seal properly, but we were there on nice hot days, so slept with windows open anyway. Just thought it might be cold if you want to go in the winter. The view is beautiful. The people who live in the building are all very friendly and polite. Was very pleasant to stay there.
The view was wonderful. I had a major operation and went to recuperate there for a week! What an incredible view from my bed! I could just lay there for another week! Better than any crazy view! Wow!
We had a nice stay, the location is good. The curtain hooks are indeed broken so that the curtains do not hang neatly. The apartment was not neatly clean. There is fungus growing in the shower. The snack wich maker was dirty when we wanted to use it. The owner was difficult before we arrived about paying the money and insisted that we communicate via e-mail and not through the website. The lady who arranged the key was very nice and did everything to make us feel at home.
We had a very nice view of the sea. The bathroom is a bit awkwardly built, the toilet pushed into such a corner. We struggled to get the apartment key when so arrived, it was done in a very unprofessional way. You have to pay extra for the apartment to be cleaned after you leave. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment but because there were only 2 of us, the 1 bedroom was locked so we couldn't go in there.
I was impressed with the accommodation as well as the fantastic view from the apartment. I have a problem with being charged extra for utilities which are basic. Also, the R850 cleaning fee was exorbitant. We were given one toilet roll for 4 people over two days. A toilet roll costs a mere R5. We were not happy with this, and no cleaning was done while we were there. So are they going to disinfect and repaint the place? Instead of the usual cleaning after someone has occupied the place. In all the years of going for a few days break this is the first time we were charged for cleaning and for utilities. They did not even adequately provide for loadshedding.
Stay was very pleasant, short few new items, sharp steak knives, new mop. Maybe a casserole for stove. But incredibly nice time.
Had a great time. Couldn't use the WiFi unfortunately. Suggest that the owner put in a bath mat as well as a fan or two, because when the wind dies down it's damn hot, even if all the big windows are open. Also really enjoyed the pool.
We we're all happy with our stay and will definitely go back there.
Beautiful view of Cape Town and Robben Island. Secure parking as well as free WiFi. The Multichoice channels could perhaps be increased. I would like to recommend that all other fees (power and water) should be included in the price. Something negative perhaps is that both windows on the sea side of the apartment leaked during the rain that fell there.
As it was lockdown, the beach across the road was out of bounds and the pool and braai area in the flat complex was inaccessible. So not much to do for teenagers.
Improvements to the building are ongoing for several more months; lift out of order, windows very dirty due to operations with cement and toilet and waste bin very, very dirty. Doorknobs in S/K are loose, dust. What we saw advertised on the Internet is not what we got. What is a utility fee and what is it used for? During our stay of 1 week, the sheets and towels were never replaced.
It is not no. 3 not, but no. 303 on the third floor. The responsible person does not come to the building. You have to go get the key from her grandmother's mailbox and leave the key deposit there. The directions by phone from there were very misleading. The email gives the address indication as no. 26 but it is no. 34. When you call she is very sarcastic because there is a big Zeezicht on the building. You drive up and down but don't see it. They are painting the building and there is currently no name on it. The entrance hall is chaotic and I call again to ask how I get to no. 3 must come. Sarcastic again, because I don't live in no. 3 not but in no. 303.
The apartment has a great location, sea, shops and bus routes. I do however think it needs a bit of an upgrade - looks too lived in, furniture is old, but really enjoyed our stay.
The furniture, crockery and cutlery definitely needs to be replaced.

Everything was right for us except all the extras that had to be paid upon arrival. But next time will make sure what everything is actually extra. Banks very uncomfortable. No place for groceries. No cleaning services. Microwave in very poor condition. Apartment very basic. Windows dirty, must be clean before arrival. No full DStv.
I requested a quote of 3 bedrooms and I was advised it was available but a week before arrived John who was assisting me advised nobody said it was a 3 bedroom. He was not very nice at all. But Renee the agent who assisted was a very good lady. All I know is I'm not going back to the apartment.
It was disappointing to find out that if there is load shedding that you have to pay R1500-00 for a technician. Neither the owner nor the agent gives you a schedule or the Eskom app with the right extension so you can make sure you're not stuck in the lift. No Afrikaans DStv channels and the minimum sports channels are available. Only 1-ply toilet paper and for the price you might have thought you were getting 2-ply toilet paper and more than 2 rolls for 3 days.
I would recommend them to anyone, everything is within walking distance. The place itself is top class.

The accommodation has everything you need. Close to the sea. Close to shops and restaurants. Great view.
We enjoyed our stay at Zeezicht 3. Everything you need is available in the flat. I would just however have liked extra electrical connections in the main bedroom as there was no way of using a hairdryer in the room in front of the mirror. That is my only complaint.
Nice view. Short new bed. Window was dirty on arrival could not see anything. Reception washed living room window but not bedroom window. No view. Extra bedding in closet dirty. Busy street. Check the website for all the extra amounts payable.
Elevator does not work. 80-year-old lady has to climb stairs every day and it is never mentioned during the booking. Elevator broken since late Nov 2018.
The elevator was still not working properly. The view is beautiful, but the windows are still not washed regularly. Also remember to remove the rubbish otherwise it is a R100 fine.
Unbeatable view, but not clean and neglected kitchen utensils. Towels old and full of bleach marks. Sort needs proper scrubbing.

The stay at 3 Zeezight Apartment was not bad, the unit is neat and clean. The only thing is the admin is so disorganised and they don't make it comfortable for the guests, its the other way around. There is also many hidden costs involved and that only gets communicated after you paid your whole accommodation fee, so you have no choice but to pay the hidden cost or you will loose your money you paid for the accommodation. All costs are not included so the final cost is not what you see, there will be additional expenses over R1700.
The accommodation was simple and comfortable for a short time at the sea! Breathtaking view! Nice to hear the sea when you sleep!
Renee assisted us with everything. We had a wonderful time. Couldn't ask for a better view. I didn't even want to go home.
Lovely location with a great view, but the apartment is now ripe for renovation. After years of entertaining, the kitchen, bathroom and furniture are definitely ready for an upgrade. We were also surprised that there were extra costs involved that were not stipulated online. So feel free to add R1200 (refundable) and R450 (non-refundable) extra to your booking costs.
Conveniently close to restaurants and shops. Area is very safe. The bouquet of channels on the TV is not good, when you feel like staying in there is nothing you can watch. I would like to suggest that the windows might be washed before people check in. We took the place because the sea view looked so nice on the page, but when we got there, the windows were so dirty, we couldn't even see the sea.
For the money charged for this flat I feel the owner should consider revamping the flat and better equipping this flat. It is easy to see that the building was built in 1984 and the fittings in the flat are from the same era.
Very well located and also close to the MyCiti bus service. The door wouldn't always close and the bathroom faucet was dripping. Reported it. As there is no office at the complex it was a struggle to get hold of the key. LekkeSlaap's service is great and your regular contact was gratifying. Will book again through LekkeSlaap.
Struggled to get my deposit back. Very noisy with the street close by, but a beautiful view.
