The welcome bunch of fresh flowers added to the welcome. What a fantastic place with an awesome seafront view and close to the mall and shops. It was perfect for our family; great times, great memories. Chris was the perfect host, keeping us abreast of developments on the conditions with the storm of the September long weekend, also offering us a free night due to road closures.

We were a total of 10 people - with 4 children between the ages of 2 and 9. The home is lovely and spacious, kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. Stunning view of the ocean from the dining room and braai area. The gas stove top and lamp bulbs were greatly appreciated during the loadshedding hours we had during our stay.
Lovely location, beautiful sea view, delicious barbecue! Service from Chris was second to none. Thank you very much, we hope to visit again one day!

We had exceptional service from Chris. He ensured that our stay was enjoyable and also memorable. We loved the fact that the house felt like home. Definitely a place to go to with family, the kid's had a blast enjoying the backyard.
After a rough few weeks, 30 Branderdraai was just what my family needed. Chris was the perfect host. Everything we needed was there and more - kids and adults loved the location and the view. The weather this past weekend was spectacular allowing for a swim and some fishing and early morning walks. Thank you for the excellent experience - I will definitely be visiting again!
The house was so spacious, it could accommodate all of us comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen and enough fridge space. Great views from the main bedroom and patio. Indoor braai was very convenient for the colder days. Had a wonderful and entertaining stay, thanks Chris!
We came through to Hermanus to cycle Hemel en Aarde for the weekend. Not only was Chris a great and accommodating host, but the location and views were also fantastic. I would definitely recommend anyone considering choosing 30 Branderdraai as their accommodation choice.

Stunning view will definitely go there again and definitely recommend this place. Chris was a wonderful host the hospitality was excellent. Kids had a awesome time playing by the water and rocks just a few meters away from the house. The house was neat and super clean had everything we needed and well equipped.
Located by the sea!
Close to Cape Town, so very easy drive for a Fri - Sun weekend getaway. Location is right on the beach, so swimming and walking from the house is very easy.
My family and friends had a very, very good stay. It is a beautiful place.
Chris, with whom we made all arrangements, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He attended to all requests immediately and replaced broken items within a day. Comment about the house itself: Some of the mattresses are no longer good. White/grey bedding will be a big bonus and give an extra sense of luxury.

What a wonderful place! Incredible, beautiful view of the sea. Kitchen has everything one could need, large fridge and large freezer. There are a few little things I always use to evaluate a place: Decent sized wine glasses and coffee mugs are perfect! Dishwasher blocks = tick! Soap for washing hands at all the sinks in bathrooms = tick! There was tea, coffee and milk and the owners put even the most beautiful fresh potted plants there and left chocolates for us! Will definitely stay there again!
Beautiful sea view and location with lovely patio. House was very neat and clean with flowers on the table to welcome us. Booking was handled excellently with fantastic customer service. Will definitely book again in the future.
The view from the lounge is breathtaking. The establishment has all the necessary crockery and more. One really just needs to bring food and nothing else. The host was absolutely delightful.
We really enjoyed the weekend. Well equipped and enjoy wonderful family time with our loved ones.
