It was nice and quiet place and well situated close to beach.
We really enjoyed it, will definitely go again, was received even though we were too early, very friendly, received assistance, walking distance from the beach, is close to shops.

One of the bathroom lights was broken and the DStv was only turned on late in the evening after we had to call. Isn't everything checked before guests check in?

The cottage is equipped with essentials for your first night, but please be aware of the following:Not provided: Towels, Braai grid and equipment, refuse bags, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, and Toilet paper.
Provided in the cottage: Bedding for 8 people (one pillow per person), crockery and cutlery for eight people, TV with DStv (Compact Package).
Please take note that Fleur Park is a private holiday resort with a large number of permanent residents.
Due to the residential nature of Fleur Park, it is not suitable for parties. Therefore, no parties of any kind are allowed.
Caravans, tents, portable pools, motorbikes, and quad bikes are not permitted within the park. Additionally, buses and large boats are not allowed.
Busses and Big Boats are not allowed.
The number of guests per chalet must adhere to the booking specifications. A maximum of 6 persons per 2-bedroom chalet and 8 persons per 3-bedroom chalet are permitted. Day visitors are not allowed without prior arrangements.
Normal municipal rules and regulations apply within Fleur Park.
Guests are prohibited from consuming alcohol on the streets, lawns, and beach areas of Fleur Park.
Guests are liable for any damages caused to the park's common property. Damages will be recovered from the guests and deducted from their deposit.
Loud music, excessive noise, alcohol abuse, and drug use are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed between 23H00 and 09h00. No noise, including music from vehicles, is permitted if it disturbs neighbors. Please avoid loud talking and screaming, especially on cottage verandas.
Please utilize designated access roads to reach the beach.
Fires are only allowed in designated braai areas.
Pets are not allowed in Fleur Park.
Only 2 vehicles per chalet are permitted. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas without obstructing other guests or residents. Driving between houses and unnecessary driving over lawns is prohibited.
Do not leave shells, stones, gravel, or bones on the grass. Dispose of refuse properly.
Playing ball games between houses or parked cars is not allowed..
Guests who do not adhere to these rules will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit all monies paid.
