The apartment is very neat. Dawn was very helpful with queries. Safe accommodation with a good beach within walking distance. Will definitely visit again. We thoroughly enjoyed the time.
We will definitely use the Riviera again. The apartment was well equipped and very tidy.
We had a bad experience at first because we were put in at the Guest House at Tweni Waterfront, but after it was rectified the next day everything was very nice.
The units are fine but there is a few items that need attention. The shower changes it temperature at random from hot to cold within seconds. There was no light cover in the main bedroom. The wall fan is badly corroded and one window could not close because of a bent bracket.
Tweni waterfront was the location's name. Please update accordingly. The service was acceptable. The staff are very friendly. The room furnishings and fittings are very outdated.
A nice place in Port Shepstone.
