Was such a beautiful house to host my friend's bachelorette party at. Nicole was wonderful to deal with and extremely accommodating to all our needs. Would definitely go back many more times. All the ladies loved the house, the view of the golf course and felt very safe!

The house was our great home for the weekend; we had all the utilities we needed to cook.
Great place! Great amenities and entertainer's dream. Well stocked with everything you need! A few things that were not great were the smell from outside the main bedroom, a leaky fridge, and the pool was dirty so we could not swim. I would also add an ice machine and extra dustbins in and around the kitchen/entertainment area. The bathroom with the bunk beds was yellow and water that was sandy came out of it. The water had a metallic smell which was unpleasant.
We had a nice stay. It is a beautiful place. Pool table and pool were fun to use.
The house is massive, with two braai places and a fire pit, a swimming pool, two TVs, a pool table and a well-equipped kitchen. Four of the five rooms have balconies overlooking the Vaal River and Parys Golf Course. It is the perfect place for a family weekend. One can see that the house is already a bit old and some things, like the drain in the one bathroom that stinks and the hot tub that doesn't work, are bothersome. Little things like towels and towel arrangements would help, but they're little things that wouldn't stop me from wanting to stay there again.
I had an amazing stay at this house. It had everything that I could think of, and I only needed to bring water and extra towels for the pool. I felt like I was at home. The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was the pool, as it wasn't clean enough. However, the host was very helpful in managing to ask her gardener to come and assist with cleaning the pool and everything else that we needed. She was just a phone call away. Despite the issue with the pool, I would still definitely consider going back to stay again.
Very nice house, tastefully decorated with excellent facilities. Was a group of ladies and the kitchen is spacious enough. Nice indoor barbecue area for the cold evenings. The house now also has solar.
Kingfisher is a find. It's clean, tidy, modernly furnished and the location is great. We happened to be there when the Orange River was flowing strongly and it was an absolute experience. The braai area is comfortable, plenty of seating and then there is also the perfect swimming pool to cool off or hang out in. We will definitely go back again as soon as possible!
From young to old, everyone enjoyed staying at 3023 Kingfisher. Will come back for sure.
We enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect. Thank you for having us, my wife would just like to have a hairdryer in the room but it is not that big a deal.
Our extended family had a lovely weekend away at 3023 Kingfisher. The house is spacious and has everything you may need. The view from the house is beautiful and the estate is safe and has lovely paths for walking and running. Would highly recommend and love to return again soon as it is the perfect weekend city escape.

Very nice stay. Solar and inverter power helped a lot. No WiFi which would be good and house lacks good cleaning (many spiders in house and outside lying chairs). Otherwise fantastic place for groups and families.
The house is beautiful but can be cleaner. Spider webs should be removed. The toilet cistern downstairs wasn't in good working condition. The pool was dirty but overall, it's a great house.
The view was breathtaking and made up for the several problems in the kitchen.

Die kamers is baie groot, leefarea met 'n swembad en boma, en die rivier en golfbaan was spesiaal. Die huis het pragtige uitsig, die baie vensters gee oopte. Pooltafel was lekker. Sal beslis die huis aanbeveel.
