The apartment was wonderful.

What upset me about the building itself, is the fact that some guests are allowed to make a noise till 5 o clock in the morning, we had no sleep Friday morning and Saturday morning. Because there was some guest in 207 that was making a lot of noise. I had to go down at 5 in the morning to the security guards to complain about the noise, he was up in your room to hear where the noise is coming from, I do not have a problem with noise, but all rules should apply to all guests, and not to some guests. Another problem that happened, as we went out the Friday night, we overslept and when the cleaner come in, we were still there but were getting ready to leave, we left the room round about 11:50 am, and she had an attitude because she wanted to clean and we were there, she slammed the door of the room so hard, that we could not open it when she was sweeping the balcony, she was moving the stairs very loud to actually show us she is upset. She left and didn't come back to clean, she left the dishwasher on and didn't switch it off, when we came back we found the room was not cleaned, and the dishwasher was still on. She didn't clean the room properly the next day, the only thing that was made up was the bed, and the counters were full of stuff we left there, so I am not sure what was wrong with her. I am not sure how often is the bedding changed but we slept on the same sheets for 5 days, I am aware that my hair dye might of damaged the pillowcase, so I will wait for you guys to tell me if I should pay for it. The only thing is made me upset was the cleaning lady.

The wife was not working technician we called in 8 of them stayed on our apartment for more than 3 hours we couldn't do anything and still it was never fixed.
