19 guests' feedbackWe stayed here too cozy. Even though the wind was about to blow, our porch was very sheltered and we could sit and have a nice barbecue while staring out over the sea. Was even lucky to see a whale in the surf. The place is very well equipped. (Maybe just needs a hair dryer.) Will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

This was a great getaway, very comfortable with a wonderful sea view.
Had a great time. I would only recommend that the fridge be enlarged. The fridge is rusted and there is no room for frozen items. The geyser is not very hot and the water pressure is very bad.
Not the best. The place was cold - no heaters, no floor mats on the concrete floor. The concrete floor was cold, and the shower water pressure was poor. Electricity was off for 12 hours until 18h00 on Thursday 27th June 2024. The owner knew weeks before the time, as residents in Jongensfontein and Stillbaai knew about the power outage through notifications and Facebook. Had we known, we would have cancelled.
Perfect location, nice view, everything you want on a break.
Village is nice clean and safe, nice and quiet. Do your best to clear your head.
Alone was great. The place tasteful. We could switch off nicely. Fantastic getaway for a couple. It was nice that there was no WiFi. The digital detox is so necessary.
We went to Jongersfontein for a wedding weekend, it was only a short 10-minute drive out of Stillbaai where we enjoyed activities like gin tastings at Inverroche. The location was perfect for us, it was utterly relaxing, and very quiet and the view was incredible. We fell asleep to the sound of waves every evening and woke up to whale sightings right from the comfort of the bed every single morning of our stay. Absolutely loved this stay!
Your view of the sea is wonderful. Sunrise is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The hostess is friendly and helpful. The area is safe and so peaceful. Coffee on the porch with sunset is breathtaking. And our dog even made friends. There is plenty of play space for obedient dogs. You have to walk a little bit for the sea. Would recommend for quiet weekend away from usual routine. The sound of the sea makes you calm.
We really enjoyed it. The place was clean and tidy. Beautiful view of the sea. It is located in a quiet and safe area.
Apart from a lot of load shedding and weather that didn't want to cooperate, we had a nice stay.
It's a nice place, it's comfortable and very neat. I would recommend it to any couple.
We love the area very much.
It was lovely! Only criticism is the shower which worked with some electrical device. The water was hot on and off and if the power was off we had to take an ice cold shower. The odd wiring also caused the plug next to the bed to "spark" when we used the shower.
Would love to be able to use WiFi next time. Great location, great hostess. Refrigerator made noise after load shedding.
Beautiful and ideal for a quick short break for 2 people.
