Had the most beautiful table and chairs outside where we sat all the time and really visited. Everything was spotless. Big fridge plus small chest freezer was perfect for us. Bedding and beds were great. Lots of beautiful personal touches, really a home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would find in your own home. The cleaning staff and security were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
Amazing. The unit was equipped with much more than we needed. Very friendly staff. Safe. Peaceful. No disturbance. Easy beach access. The only gripe is the ceiling fan was not working. Two portable fans were provided. Will be back.

We stayed here during the October school holidays 2023. The place was clean and tidy. This is a nice unit to live in. It is convenient and close to the braai area in the complex. We had a great stay and would recommend it and stay here again in the future. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an ecoli/sewage problem in the past. The owner informed us that the municipality has addressed it and that there is no guarantee that it cannot happen again. There was an ecoli/sewage problem during our stay, and the swimming beach was closed. It is beyond the owner's control. We appreciated that this was brought to our attention when we did the booking.

We were very comfortable and satisfied with the apartment. Ocean Breeze is definitely a winner spot for a holiday in Winkelspruit. I would definitely recommend this place. I would also love to see the complex better maintained in terms of cutting the grass, better fans or an air con for unit 31. The DSTV didn't work as well, but that's not an issue as a holiday isn't about watching TV. Overall I have nothing unpleasant to say about the accommodation as it's our 2nd visit there and I would come back time and again.
We departed a day early due to noisy neighbours all through the day and night. Nothing was done to silence them at all. Also, at these rates, one would expect a cleaning service. This does not include dishes. When on holiday, one wants to relax and unwind. Also, one bathroom between 6 people needs to be revised.
Will definitely vacation there again. Many thanks to all the friendly staff.

Absolute peace of mind at ocean breeze. I slept with my doors open enjoying the night breeze. Didn't even lock up whilst we had a braai. My towels and swimming clothing were hung up outside overnight. During Loadshedding the guard was on patrol making us feel so safe. Kids could walk the complex by themselves. This is my holiday spot in the future. Safety was the most important thing for us and that's what we had. The braai area is amazing. Can't wait for my next trip. Felt like home. Ocean Breeze is very quiet and relaxing. It feels like a home away from home. We had a wonderful time, the kids enjoyed the place.
We only had one problem and that was the bathroom sink faucet that spilled water everywhere and the slippery tiles on the floor which is a risk for accidents. Otherwise the place was perfect.

A quiet few days' stay at this place. The place was well equipped with everything needed. The garden was very beautiful, with a beautiful view from the porch. Braai facilities also neat. The pool was nice and clean and we had a great time cooling off in it. It's great that the beach was so easily accessible with the beach gate. The large bed was of good quality, but the bunk beds' 4 mattresses were worn through, even if small children slept on them. The fridge leaked some water and the shower door doesn't close completely either. So the bathroom was also wet after showering. Struggled with the one bedroom light that only works occasionally. Other than that we had a nice stay.

It was so enjoyable at Ocean Breeze. We were amazed that there were so many accessories in the kitchen. The apartment was neat and very nicely decorated. There weren't only 6 of each thing. Even dish soap and a dishwasher. We were very impressed.

Hassle free bookings and very nicely located. Just far enough out of the city to provide a relaxing stay and close enough to be within short drive to anything you need. I found my stay here comfortable and very relaxing - exactly the time-out I was looking for. The apartment is well equipped and the complex is well looked after and has great entertainment areas, direct beach access and a wonderful pool. Read the fine print about the additional fees - small but be aware of it.
We really enjoyed our stay as we received value for money, and would gladly go back again. The only thing that I can give a negative on is how we were received by the receptionist, she did not make us feel very welcome. Other than that I cannot fault anything else. We found the security on duty very pleasant.

Will definitely book there again for a holiday. It was big enough for our family of 4, especially because the room lead to a lovely garden. We had good weather at times, perhaps take games for the children or go to a mall, which is not too far away. Obviously the unit, the garden and the swimming pool is well maintained. The color scheme in the unit made me feel at home!
I find the place livable and comfortable except for the kitchen which is very small. Furthermore, the place is very good for a family of 4. Can easily get to the beach and safe for everyone. Security very helpful. Ocean Breeze is very close to all the shops you need and you don't need anything more.

The unit is very well located, with a little sea view from the main bedroom and patio. The only problem is that the parking for the vehicles is a bit far, with a lot of steps to the unit (far to walk back and forth to carry all the luggage). Otherwise, it was very quiet, and close enough to all major shopping malls for shopping if needed.
Wouldn't recommend it in summer. No aircon. Fan in main bedroom not working and no other fan in the room. Had ot open the windows and we were devoured by mosquitoes. The beach is conveniently close and braai facilities are nice.
It was so fun! Best location ever! You simply walk out the gate at the end of the garden and you are on the beach. Just a note: There is a lack of a place to hang towels inside, or maybe on the porch. A tumble dryer would be very nice. I do realize the space is limited for that.

It was lovely. It was a first time stay for 2 of my guests and they enjoyed every bit of it. The chalet was clean and tidy. The atmosphere around us created a sense of calm and relaxation. The beach was beautiful as we had my daughter's birthday party there. The pool was awesome for the children. I would definitely book at Ocean Breeze again.

Very nice place! Our worst problem was that we didn't know to bring our own towels and toilet paper. We also had trouble finding the place because the name is painted in blue and is hard to spot right away.

I would definitely recommend it to any couple with children. Child friendly, neat and clean. It's very close to the beach and other amenities such as P 'n P and Spar. Just don't know where the DVD and video player you advertise is. I had to rent one. There is only a DStv dish, not DStv.
We were 4 adults, the apartment more suitable for a family (only 1 double bed). The bathroom could do with better ventilation. Small, but practical, close to the swimming beach and the braai facilities were great.
I would recommend 31 Ocean Breeze to any person anytime.
