The receptionist from the guest house was an absolute blessing! She helped me get sorted. Helped me download the app to order food. I didn't get her name, however, she is an absolute treasure!

I just recommend that they should consider senior people with room placements. We had quite a struggle with the stairs up to our room, especially with our luggage. The TV "remote" did not work.

The room was clean and tidy. Had single room and was just big enough. It's in a safe, demarcated area - my GPS just had trouble getting me to the right entrance to the area.
Our reservation was done whilst travelling due to a family emergency. As result we couldn't print the (very clear) directions and relied on the GPS to get us there. Unfortunately the City Council had earlier approved building plans that blocked off Clark St - certainly not the owner's fault. GPS co-ordinates would have made our lives a lot easier. However, the stay was well worth the struggle to get there.
The rooms are very well furnished and tidy. The area is very quiet and safe and of course your breakfast is delicious!
Guest house is well maintained with clean and tidy rooms. Guest house is in security area with only one entrance, existing roads that provide easy access to guest house are blocked off which can be confusing, especially after dark. Guests should be informed of this.

Guesthouse close to all of the businesses (shopping centres) but still far enough from the noise that it is tranquil once you enter the gates.

Lovely guesthouse, beautiful entrance. Was welcomed by a very nice lady who offered to make me a breakfast pack (best bacon and cheese toasted sandwich you'll ever eat plus other snacks) due to me leaving in the early morning hours. From the moment we got there, we were taken care of. Nothing was too much trouble and every one of our requests was met with a smile. This guest house can be compared to some of the best hotels. I usually stay in Lynnwood at a wonderful guesthouse, pretty and cute, but a bit cheaper. They were full, but will definitely remember 314 Clark as second option.
