32 Licorna Beach is a home far from home, comfortable for a family with kids. The views are breathtaking. The beach is like in the backyard. My family loved it.

My stay at 32 Licorna was fantastic my family enjoyed every moment. The only problem we had was the bed in the main bedroom uncomfortable beach views are amazing.

Great location, nicely refurbished. Very comfortable. My only recommendation would be to change towels more regularly, including hand and floor towels.

The place is spacious and well located. We had no safety issues, and loved the views.
Accommodation was not ready on arrival at 14h00. As with communication, there was a bad smell in the apartment upon arrival. Doors stood around. Guest bathroom faucets leak. Place really needs some attention. Towels were only changed on Thursday.

House rules
Guests must please bring their own beach towels.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guests who do not adhere to this will forfeit the breakage deposit.
Unfortunately, no pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Guests must refrain from playing loud music after 11 pm.
If the maximum occupancy is exceeded without prior arrangements with the host, the breakage deposit will be forfeited.
Guests are kindly requested to please keep the apartment clean and tidy during their stay, as cleaning services are only available Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays aren’t included.
Any damages or loss caused during the guest's stay should be reported to the host immediately.
Guests must refrain from parking in areas designated for other apartments or the building. Prior arrangements should be made for extra parking.
The apartment must be locked at all times and access or keys shouldn’t be granted to unauthorized persons.
Please ensure that doors and windows are locked whenever leaving the apartment.

The braai must be covered when it’s not in use to prevent damage from weather elements.
