Place was clean - complex safe. Security very friendly and helpful. Braai facilities the cleanest I have ever seen. Will definitely stay here again.
Fantastic quiet and peaceful place.
We have really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rebook for future stays in KZN. Our host at the facility, Xolani, was very helpful, respectful, and friendly.
We enjoyed the stay, and would consider going back. Just a pity we could not swim at the beach that was right on our doorstep.

The pool was really awesome to cool off and with the baby pool no need to stress about the kids. Totally safe place because there's a guard 24/7. Walk right onto the beach via a locked gate. What else could you ask for? Relax whilst you braai because of the seating area. There's a table to lay all your stuff on. A great holiday place to be at.
Flat, and the venue was a great location.
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Peaceful, very quiet, private and very safe. We really enjoyed the sea with its beautiful beaches, which are literally a stone's throw from the accommodation. The place was clean and tidy with everything you use daily available. The stoepie is located a bit close to the places next door so privacy was sometimes limited. If I had to say anything negative it wouldn't be the smell of sewage that greets you when you arrive and that was present for a large part of the stay. I read in previous reviews that it was mentioned but assumed that it was when the floods were there and that it would be cleared but it wasn't. The creek next to the property flows pure sewage and it washes into the sea. I would suggest that future visitors find out if the issue has been resolved before booking as we would not have booked there if we had known. Apart from that we really enjoyed it. Very safe with 24 hour security and who was also very friendly. Thank you very much. We will definitely vacation there again.
Very nice place with nice green lawn and a sea view. Children could play well. Would recommend the place to anyone. We are very satisfied.
Mosquitos the only problem.
Safe and large outside area for kids to run around and play. It was very peaceful and relaxing.
Great value for money. Even though the beaches were closed for swimming there were plenty of other activities to keep us busy. Everything is super close and even the trip to Durbs is quick and easy.
Such a beautiful place. Loved everything about the place, but aircon or free-standing fans would be awesome.

Nice quiet place. Apartment could do with some upgrading and even the building. We couldn't swim or fish. The sea was very dirty. The braaiers, I would suggest, should have a roof over. Couldn't grill much because rain. Very safe.
Fans not working, need replacement. Mattress base needs replacing. Thank you for the new stove and upgrading of the kitchen cupboards.
Unity was perfect. Very disappointed with sewage running into the sea. Couldn't go in water at all. They could warn us in advance. Smell was unbearable.
Flocks of mosquitoes fly from the wardrobes and curtains. The sewage next to complex is unbearable. Everyone has diarrhea and nausea. Tap water is unsafe, lawn has bad thorns.
Would rent the place again anytime. Was very nice and everything is close.

32 Ocean Breeze was amazing. Its was clean, had everything we needed, close to the beach, clean swimming pool, clean gardens and green grass. The security guard who took us to our place was beyond amazing. He was smiling, chatty and helpful (even mother in law commented how great he was). It was such a nice getaway, I cannot wait to go back.

Can maybe get an aircon and new couches. These are very hard!
The outbuildings are dilapidated, the pool is not well maintained. The apartment is clean and tidy but needs improvements. The windows were boarded up. The mattress in the master bedroom needed to be replaced, but it was never done. The area is not the best. Tracy and her team are wonderful and went out of their way to make it enjoyable.
The place is set in a beautiful garden boasting sea views. If you need a peaceful break away from home, a perfect place to be.
Will stay there again in the future!
Master bedroom's base of the bed needs replacing, mattress is very good if you put it on the ground but flat on the base.
We had a great stay. The unit is well equipped and close to the beach. The only negative was the master bedroom curtains which smelled like smoke.
Lovely place. Very secure and fully equipped, right on the beach. The security and reception is excellent.
We had a really great time. It was reasonably priced. No heavy deposits or admin fees (just a very small fee for admin, security and cleaners). Had everything we needed, we felt very much at home. It is right on the beach, so you fall asleep to the sound of ocean. The website's agents were amazing, as were the security and staff on the site. Would love to come back soon.
Walking distance from the swimming beach, ground floor was also better and easy access to braai facilities. Very neatly cleaned every day and the unit is well maintained.

Als was very nice and the place was nice clean and safe and also had everything we needed. All problem my wife and I had was that the double bed in the master bedroom might need to be replaced because it is very uncomfortable to sleep on - if 2 people lie on it, then you keep rolling to the middle and it caused back pain. But otherwise everything was 100% - great barbecue while looking at the sea and the kids played and swam in the nice big clean pool and my wife loved the big green garden with a private gate to the beach walk, so our holiday was sufficient.
Bedding was not clean at all and smelled of dust. No view of the sea. Bathrooms were dirty and rusty. All that is beautiful is the garden and the TV room. There was also no DStv as advertised.

We had a great time. The flat was neat, clean and comfortable. The gate takes you straight out onto the beach and that was marvellous. Though close to all amenities when in the flat and out front, it feels like you're miles away with just the sound of the sea. Just what the doctor ordered. Booking and paying was easy and the price was very reasonable. All the the staff and the owner were a pleasure to talk to and deal with. I would definitely like to go and spend more weekends or longer there again. Thank you.
This was the first time in years that we went on vacation with the children and nobody minded that they played and screamed of joy. Walking distance from swimming beach and driving or walking distance from the closest shopping centre. To the bad review earlier we can say that the water pressure was good and you are in a self-catering unit. Of course you need your own toiletries, own mosquito repellents and everything self-catering related. It's not a B&B. Jenny, thank you for a wonderful place and a wonderful vacation that we could have at your place. Will definitely come back.

The accommodation could do with an upgrade but the location and layout worked very well for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful unit. Mind you, no sea view even though it looks like it from the ad. Maintenance is poor. Fridge did not work and there was no water for 1 whole day. We had to fight hard to get the fridge ready after all our food was already warm. Don't even expect basic bathroom accessories. Bring everything with you.
