The place is centrally located and within walking distance of the necessary places. The house is very neat and clean and comfortable. There was everything we needed and more.

Modern and comfortable apartment. Situated on the corner of a bigger apartment complex. During our stay it was very quiet. Access to beach is great. Balcony is too small for a family so you have to get outside. Very kind personnel. Cleaning was very thorough.
Everything was 100%
We had a wonderful stay with friends at 33 Boulder Bay. The apartment was comfortably sized for 4 adults and a two year old. The apartment is comfortably equipped with all the necessities and is also cleaned. Not Sunday only, but there is a dishwasher which makes things easier. The complex is secure with a security guard at the gate. The beach is just beyond the lawn. There are enough braai areas that also each have a bright light for evening visits. The complex was well maintained and everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely go back.
Stay was pleasant! It felt safe and peaceful. It is a wonderful environment to relax in, walking distance from all the shops where we could purchase the necessary accessories. The management and security team at the resort were very friendly and helpful.
The apartment was neat and well equipped. The proximity to the beach as well as the safety in the complex were also good points. I would love to visit the flat again for holidays to Ballito.
