33 Kingston Place was everything we hoped for and more! Set in a prime location in the beautiful Marina Martinique, it was tastefully decorated with beautiful views of the canal. The home was immaculately clean and check-in was smooth and easy. Kerryn is a generous host who assisted us in every way. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!
Our weekend was just too short. We had a great time, everything was 100% and 33 Kingston Place is neat, clean and well equipped, lovely sheltered braai place even if the weather is a bit bad. Highly recommendable. WiFi was super fast and that was definitely a bonus with teenagers.

We are a family of 4 and found the accommodation neat, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our time there. The owner was friendly and helpful. We would definitely want to stay here again!
Upon finalising our booking we received our check-in details from owner. This included directions to the Marina to settling down into the unit. Checking in at security was smooth, quick without any delays. Early check-in was allowed without any hesitation. Unit had everything. We were informed to bring our own towels. The owner only needs to state that wood is required as well as that the room has no hairdryer, however it was definitely not a problem as the town is minutes away. We bought enough bags for a cozy fire as well as a braai. We were mostly on the balcony seated on those comfy rattan chairs enjoying the scenery. Ashton Bay is 2 minutes away. We had the whole beach to ourselves. It was tranquility at its best. I shared pics on social media and friends wanted to know where hubby and I were staying and showed interest in booking in the near future. 33 Kingston Place will definitely be seeing us again. Thank you to host/owner Kerry, who timeously responded to my enquiries. We had a great time celebrating our anniversary at Kingston Place. Real value for money and worthwhile.

The place is amazing and the views is perfect.
The place is poorly equipped, the towels are old and full of stains. The bed in the master bedroom is weak, the carpets are dirty and full of stains. There isn't even a hair dryer.
We had a great time at this establishment, in fact great is an understatement! The owners are intentional in providing a home away from home vibe. They had a box with toys in the kids room and it came in very handy. I needed a pair of scissors, they had it. The views! OMG! I am definitely going back there.
