69 guests' feedbackThe accommodation is a room (with facilities) inside a home. Despite being inside a home, our host was seldom seen and we felt as if we were totally private. We were free to come and go at any time without feeling that we would be a disturbance. Everything was spotlessly clean, with all the extras to make our stay easy (kettle, microwave, fridge, coffee and milk, etc.). Bathroom facilities were great, with a lovely hot shower. A charming home. And a definite 5/5.

Friendly hostess. The only negative feedback is that the room is inside the house with no outside door and although the owner does not mind the guests to walk through the house it still feels a bit uncomfortble.

The room offered everything I asked for.
The accommodation is very comfortable near Louis Leipoldt Hospital. This therefore makes it the ideal place to stay overnight when someone needs to visit the hospital. Everything is in place and in order. Hostess is very friendly and helpful.
But everything is clean and tidy with everything needed to sleep over. And the hospitality was excellent - and in my own language, thank you!

It had been an exceptionally pleasant experience. The owner is a very friendly and loyal person who really makes you feel at home. The room has everything one needs for a single traveller. The environment is safe and the guest house is close to everything that is essential. I am very grateful to have been able to experience such a nice trip, and to have a pleasant place to rest. I recommend 35 on First to genuine single travelers and older couples looking for a proudly African experience and place to stay in the heart of Boston. The place has so much history, and it was really nice to hear the stories and history of the house and the area.

Very nice aunt and had a nice stay.
Everything you need if you just need a place to sleep. No breakfast, but it's centrally located and within walking distance of places to eat. Bedding is clean, reception is friendly and you can count on a quiet night's rest. Secure parking available on site. Price is very fair.

Although the room was clean and tidy, I didn't realize it was inside the house. Most guest houses usually have an outside door. The coffee and rusks (sorry I ate all the rusks) were welcome. Breakfast cereals were also available. The other thing the modern traveler needs is free WiFi and you might think to add something like that.

Everything is homely, neat and comfortable. One is warmly and warmly welcomed, and immediately feels at home. Delicious biscuits and coffee in the room and the beds that are so beautifully made and ready for "climbing in" make it extra nice to book in there.
