From the info message sent to me on the day - which started with the words "Welcome back" - to checking in, to the stay itself, it was all superb. A short walk to Pretoria Boys High School. Yoli at the front desk was great - attentive, understanding and well capable of doing what she is tasked with. I'll be back - late February next year - for the Independent Schools' Cricket Festival to be exact.
It was neat, clean and both Lizan and Yoli were very helpful.

Nice clean rooms with elegant touches everywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Walking distance from Pretoria Boys High and UP. Nice breakfast and coffee.
When we arrived just after 14:30 there was no one at reception. On inquiry at the kitchen, it was said that the lady had gone shopping. Room was nice and spacious. Unfortunately, Saturday morning's breakfast was a disappointment; all three's food was cold and he never got the fruit that was supposed to be with my husband's breakfast. There was also no salt, pepper or tomato sauce on the table. The faucet by the sink also had an ugly green tint where it attaches to the sink. It's a small problem that can be solved very easily with an old toothbrush and some Handy Andy. The bath had not been washed on Saturday morning and neither had the bathroom bin been emptied. The beds were nice and firm. They also offer a shuttle service on their website, but when asked they said they don't have a shuttle.

This is still the most beautiful guest house I have ever stayed in. It's safe and very well located. I will definitely do it again.
Everything was very tidy, neat and clean. The staff are very friendly and the location is great. It's easy to get on the highway from the guest house. The continental breakfast was a big favourite for us. I recommend 37 on Anderson to anyone looking for an overnight stay in Pretoria.

The two hour check-in time was not communicated to us and when we arrived after a long journey there was no one to help us. Everything was very neat, little things like sleeping place for 3 people and only 2 cups?
Love the guest house and mostly stay there when we are in Pretoria.
