398 Egret's Ark is situated in the private and secure Romansbaai Beach and Fynbos Estate in Gansbaai. The estate offers private access to the beach, it is surrounded by fynbos and wildlife animals. Romansbaai provides a peaceful, eco-friendly lifestyle with town amenities minutes away.

The tastefully furnished home comprises of 3 individually styled bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. Can accommodate up to 6 guests. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed, the second a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Each bedroom is connected to a shower bathroom.

The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine and dishwashing machine and includes an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge is equipped with a TV with DSTV channels, Netflix, and other Streaming TV Channels that can be accessed if guests use their login details.

On-site facilities include a patio, indoor and outdoor braai area, self-catering, Wi-Fi, and secure parking.

"Wonderful."

Beautiful house surrounded by fynbos and walking distance from a beautiful exclusive beach. Child friendly and for the nature lover. Lots of things to do in the area, eg boat trips, shark diving, wine tasting and more.
