It was quite pleasant but had a strong smoke smell in the unit.
The stay was fantastic! Studio is just right for 2 people and close to everything. The only disappointment was that the studio does not have parking as indicated on the website. Thanks to LekkeSlaap who provided great support with the parking.

Parking is somewhat of a problem. Not easily available in the street in front of the place. But otherwise very clean, tidy, comfortable and excellently located.
The place was convenient for activities, but the apartment needs proper cleaning. It had an air freshener which was rusty and mouldy. No toilet cleaner, the complimentary teas and sugars were old, the kettle was rusty inside, and there were no wine glasses. Let's just say the kitchen staff wasn't up to standard. Please do better.
The bed and linen were nice, but the rest of the place could use a good scrub and some paint. The blinds have not been cleaned or dusted for some time. There were very high steps up to the room. We are older and would have preferred to know that. Inside, there is a big step up to the toilet/shower, which is also not so good for older people. They helped take the case up the stairs, but that was all. We had to lug the rest ourselves. The curtains did not have a blockout lining, so it was not possible to darken the room at night. The shower floor was dangerously slippery.
It is a beautiful place.

Self check-in was a plus (unfortunately after a few texts I had to call for the info.) The rest of the experience was OK, I didn't have high expectations. There was a welcome extra coat rack that was not visible in the photos.
I inquired about the availability of the place and it was then confirmed that it was available. I paid in full but when I got there I couldn't find anyone to help me check in. One of the other guests then got me an alternative number and after a struggle I got someone. They said that they were not aware of me. The place was still dirty from the previous guests with bed with old sheets and dirty towels.
I would definitely recommend it. See you soon.

I was particularly impressed with the fully equipped kitchen - with dishwasher and then also washing machine and with ironing board and iron (not that I ever use LG).
The steps in side the unit (although just a few to different levels) were a bit of a problem to us two ladies in our 70s.
Just 1 chair, sewage pipe leaks above the front door, unpleasant fish smell every now and again, braai area dirty, no braai equipment, but we made the best of it and still had a nice time.
Would highly recommend.
This is one accommodation that I would like to visit again in the future. The atmosphere where it is located is close to shops, restaurants and takeaways, quiet area and very safe.
The Penthouse meets all the expectations. Private pool is a winner! Owner and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
Very satisfied. However, please pay attention to the shower's outflow and the kitchen's faucet. The pot was burnt, we didn't want to use it, but I just want to say that it can be fixed. The pan is in poor condition and the glass bowl is not clean. I also didn't like the decorative pillows on the bed, they were too dramatic. I'm not displeased, that's just my opinion. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.
I really enjoyed the place. And would go again anytime. Parking was a nightmare. I was about to drive home and rather not stay there when the owner sent me a message to say I could park in the yard under a canopy. Getting in and out was a problem because the streets are narrow and there are cars parked right over the gate. I've already decided that next time I'd rather Uber than book again. There are a few things that can be fixed, e.g. the kitchen faucet and they can put new pillows on the bed. The pillows do not live up to the 5 star rating they received. I also had no hot water the night I wanted to take a shower. Maybe the geyser was split between the unit that was next to me. The people in the unit next to me also had quite a few guests until after 11pm in the evening and made a lot of noise. It might have upset other guests but I put up with it.
It's a good place to stay. It's tucked away around a corner from Sea Point's busy street. Everything was amazing except the shower water took long to warm up. But other than that I would recommend the place to anyone. Myself and my sister loved it.
There were a few doors etc that needed hinges and maintenance. Other than that it was very pleasant.
Location and street too narrow for large vehicle for example a bakkie. We unfortunately suffered damage in the street with parking. So recommend you drive a small vehicle, because it's now a one-way street. Studio just right for 2 people with a nice big shower and everything you need for a night's stay.

My wife and I found the accommodation neat, clean and comfortable. Our feeling is that although the unit is small the space is very cleverly thought out and planned and that despite the physical dimensions you experience a spacious feeling. I can recommend it to any person with spouses and even a family of 3. We also feel that you can definitely stay there comfortably for longer than a weekend. The central location also makes it ideal and you have access to various routes and attractions.
We were satisfied with what we found and would recommend it taking the price into consideration.

We were allowed access earlier, upon request. We wanted a rest after a medical operation and before the follow-up the day after. Facilities were good for self-catering. We were very comfortable.
Studio is well appointed for person on business visit. Parking can be a big problem.
We had a great stay at 4 on Highworth. However, the parking, which is included, was a nightmare. We couldn't pull our vehicle in at all because a car outside in the street was parked in such a way that it was impossible to use the parking.
After initial problem with booking my host was extremely welcoming and would definitely stay there again!
