Absolutely perfect for my solo getaway. Loved the close proximity to the nature reserve and being able to go run in the mountains, swim in the rock pools, while also being able to walk into town. Amenities exceeded my expectations.
Cosy, modern cottage with stylish finishes. Lovely fireplace and excellent coffee. Aircon and electric blankets for winter. A perfect, relaxing getaway in the beautiful Greyton valley.
I had a wonderful stay and the host was very helpful, arranging for space in the shed for my bicycle. In a spell of cool, early autumn weather, the wood stove was fabulous, with a good supply of fuel.
We had a very nice stay. The place is very well equipped. They think of everything, even delicious machine coffee.
We enjoyed our stay. It was close to most restaurants. The weekend was mostly with rain, which made the unit rather cold. We enjoyed having a fire going in the room with wood provided from the owner. The fire must definitely keep running to keep warm. Otherwise a lovely space for a short stay. Thank you!
The room was comfortable, but we were very unhappy that the toilet was situated right at the front door, and a screen had to be moved in front of it to give some privacy.

The cottage was cosy and had nice finishing touches and all the modern appliances.
The attention to detail is a plus. Privacy is highly valued. Personally, I prefer self-catering, but the facilities are sufficient for a weekend getaway.
This little place is perfect for a couple for a weekend away or even a single person. The room is well thought out and very neat, clean and warm. We only stayed one night, but could easily spend a whole weekend here. We will be back again.
4 on Regent is a wonderful place to get away. The garden cottage is neat and beautifully furnished. We loved staying here and enjoyed the privacy of the outside space. The open-plan toilet is not for everyone though. However, there is a movable partition that does help a bit. It’s a bit of a walk from the restaurants etc. but that’s not a problem. If you’re planning on preparing your own food, this might not be the place for you, except if you’re a microwave chef. Greyton is a gorgeous little village, and I hope to stay over at 4 on Regent in the future. It’s a great place for a weekend getaway.

Ons het die stilte en die mooi omgewing baie geniet. 4 On Regent is netjies en goed ingerig om 'n mens se verblyf gerieflik te maak. Ons het die ekstra bederfies soos die beskuit, muesli, yoghurt ens geniet en het waardeer dat daar 'n ekstra sjokolade neergesit is vir my man se verjaarsdag. Hoewel die badkamer oop is, het die opvoubare skerm privaatheid by die toilet geskep. Sal aanbeveel dat daar 'n skottel voorsien word om die skottelgoed te was.
4 On Regent had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. It was the little things that stood out to me the most. Delicious muesli, biscuits and coffee left by the hostess. Yoghurt, milk and water in fridge. Even chocolate. The most beautiful hiking trails were within our reach and the Saturday market in the town an absolute must to attend. Delicious and varied places to eat and enough shops to browse around. Hostess very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay there pleasant.

Greyton is beautiful and 4 on Regent is a wonderful place to relax. There was no daily cleaning service as indicated on the facilities, but it didn't bother us at all, because we were busy taking in the town's beauty all day anyway. The delicious breakfast treats (muesli and yoghurt and biscuits) were fantastic, as were the exclusive Greytons chocolate and body products.
4 On Regent is a fantastic getaway opportunity for 2 people. Our winter visit ensured that the fire place was used properly, for which there was enough wood provided. It is very private, there is a nice porch to hang out on. There is a microwave for heating up, but it is not a fully self-catering unit, instead visit the restaurants in town. Fridge, kettle and coffee machine are provided with necessary eating and drinking utensils. The location was just too far from the eateries for us not to want to walk, but since it was extremely cold walking wouldn't be an option. This is something to keep in mind for people who might prefer to walk rather than use a vehicle.

Outstanding value for money. Beautifully decorated with excellent linen, towels and amenities. Lovely garden setting. We really appreciated the rusks, granola, yogurt and Nespresso machine.
The accommodation was very neatly furnished, far removed and completely private from the main residence. The covered patio is cozy and surrounded by trees with lots of birds, with comfortable chairs.

I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough. We had such a lovely time. The flat is really beautiful and the garden is full of the sweetest little birds. We made a fire every night and genuinely rested due to the well-designed and serene aesthetic.
The space is modern, sophisticated with luxury finishes and equipment. It is well appointed for all seasons. It is in a safe area, walking distance to restaurants and shops. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens with abundant bird life. The hostess goes the extra mile in finer details to pamper her guests. Excellent value for money!
Nice hiking trails, very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed the bird feeder with all the different birds in the garden.

We had a great stay and the fireplace was a winner for the wet winter days. Slightly difficult to clean eating and crockery, as there are no washing up facilities, but otherwise we were very satisfied!

Anne-Marie is a wonderful host and I will definitely be back. Greyton is also such a lovely town and the hiking trails are wonderful! Dog-friendly which is a bonus and things such as rusks, milk, tea, coffee, Nespresso pods, wood etc. all provided upon arrival.

Greyton is a beautiful, peaceful, scenic location. Abundance of trees, flowers and roaming horses.
We are in love with this place. It is so quiet and tranquil. It was a bit smaller than expected, but still absolutely perfect. We cannot wait to go back again and just relax and unwind. The place was also spotless. we will definitely recommend it.
4 on Regent is a lovely little secluded cottage at the top of Greyton, near the reserve and mountain side. It provides all the needs (and more) that a couple might need for a weekend getaway for the Greyton experience. The little special touches that the owner (Anne-Marie) brings to the stay were much appreciated.

Kindly received. Everything clean and tidy, comfortable bed. Fully equipped with crockery, muesli, yogurt and rusks, coffee, tea, milk, which we really appreciated, as well as air conditioner, fireplace with supplies and bar fridge. Did not see outside braai as it was raining. The covered patio made it possible for us to sit outside and enjoy the garden, even though it was soaking. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a private, peaceful, safe weekend in Greyton.
