Friendly host. Kept in touch before and after check-in. House was neat and tidy upon arrival. Had everything you would need. Definitely a home away from home.
Heart happiness was a very pleasant home away from home. The house was perfect for our family of 3. The hostess's communication and service were top notch.
We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights. The accommodation is new, clean and comfortable. The ad did mention that own towels are required. We were not happy about it, but were aware of it. It is very uncomfortable to travel with wet, used towels from the accommodation. I will therefore go elsewhere in the sequel. In the direct email from the property manager it was also mentioned that you should bring your own bedding. I questioned this and was then told that bedding was provided. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in the unit and not even a sugar packet in the jars. Nor salt or pepper in the jars.
