Nice stay overall, although the executive suite TV should be on the wall opposite the bed, bedside lamp shades skew and no plug socks to plug lamps into, too small bath towels for adults in an exec suite. Should increase the price and make a truly executive experience. Breakfast ingredients finished when I went for breakfast. The pillows are too hard. Add 2 soft-down pillows. Solid Blockout on the back of curtains helps to sleep in. Price could be adjusted accordingly.
I had to leave early and asked for a breakfast to be packed. At 6:30 am my packed breakfast was ready. Nice service. Perfect spot for a business stayover.
On arrival you must call reception. Not very professional as there was laughter and noise in the background. The receptionist was very friendly, but did not provide much information regarding services provided by the guest house. Very clean rooms but after hours from 6 o'clock there is no staff available to help with enquiries. The room only had one of everything namely a bath towel, glass, coffee mug and bedside lamp. No one except security guard on premises.

At reception, the receptionist's children hung around, unprofessional. In the room hung a stuffy smell. There was only one cup in the tray. 1 set of towels. Fridge was off. Extractor fan was stuck to the wall with sellotape. Wi-Fi as well as TV didn't work. When we needed help there was no person at reception and no one was available by phone. Sorry, but we were very disappointed.
