Three comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom. So everyone has their own privacy. Nice dining room for family meals and quiet visits. Good security at the complex. Homely with cleaning facilities.

No parties or large gatherings are permitted by The Body Corporate of Hawaan View. This ruling will be strictly enforced.The maximum occupancy of 6 persons in the unit, must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
Under no circumstance do we allow students or bookings where all persons are under the age of 25. This is a Body Corporate rule.
The refundable incidental deposit of (R2000) must be paid on arrival. This deposit will be refunded providing the apartment, and the common property, is found to be in good order.
