403 Point Bay is a lovely self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in the stylish Point Waterfront district in Durban and is ideal for a family looking for a coastal getaway.

This unit can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 individually furnished bedrooms with ample cupboard space, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has a walk-in closet. It features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. They share use of the second bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and wash basin. All linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a washing machine and a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. This area further extends into the living area furnished with 2 comfortable couches and extra seating.

It further leads out onto the balcony that boasts sea and harbour views. Guests are afforded safe parking on the premises and have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the unit. This apartment remains unaffected by power outages due to its proximity to the Durban Harbour.
