Splendid stay, has all the equipment necessary for a comfortable stay away from home. Chris was a kind and helpful host, someone one can chat to and responds promptly. Security is good with secure parking.
Feel free to recommend it to anyone, a perfect base for Stellenbosch and surrounding areas.

We had a wonderful stay at 41 on Serruria. The place is very neat and has everything you need. I would have liked a rug on the tiled floor, a hot water bag or a heater just in the cold winter months. The air conditioning did not want to heat the room. But we can really recommend the place. Good value for money and a friendly host.
Well located in the beautiful suburb of Paradyskloof, which really is paradise, and more affordable than Stellenbosch Central. Worth every cent. The hostess has taken a lot of care to ensure a comfortable stay right down to the handwritten welcome note, fully charged lamps in case of loadshedding, and a little medical assistance kit in the bathroom. I had a self-catering cottage myself, and would not have even thought of half of the items that this hostess has provided. WiFi is strong and the smart TV has full packages. The outdoor seating area is serene and a beautiful spot to enjoy a cup of tea with her delicious homemade rusks after a busy day in town and surrounds.

Ideal for guests who want to visit the wine countries and surrounding towns. The unit has everything needed to be self-sufficient for a night or two or even longer like us. The area is nice and quiet and very close to a convenient shopping center!
The place is really recommended for many tourists. Not just a one-night stay. Everything depends on how and what you make of it and put yourself in it. The place is of high quality. I believe someone in that family might be an insider. Everything is so modern and for that price. Unbelievable.
It was a pleasure staying at 41 on Serruria. Arrangements with the keys and the private entrance were clear. Everything was clean, tidy and complete. I will definitely check in there again if I have to spend the night in Stellenbosch.
Comfortable stay. Especially appreciated that my cats were welcome there.
Hosts were super efficient and very friendly. A little out of the main hub if you want to be right in the middle of it, which we chose not to be. They were very accomodating with our dogs. It is a completely separate unit.
We were informed in advance about key procedure, very effective and interesting. Upon arrival, the owners came specially to see if everything was in order. We were also constantly kept up to date on e.o. load shedding etc. by owner. A very neat apartment and equipped with quality furniture and goods. Nice private garden and entrance. Located in quiet surroundings yet close to all amenities and attractions. Highly recommended for two people.
