The main bedroom has a California king-size bed that can be converted into 2 three-quarter beds on request and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. Only one of the bedrooms has an air-conditioner and two of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and there’s also a guest toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The scullery is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The air-conditioned living area has two comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV installed with DStv Premium and Netflix. Free Wi-Fi is also available. There’s a gas fireplace for colder winter days and the dining area has an eight-seater table with two benches and two chairs. This area leads out onto an undercover patio area with comfortable outdoor seating and a built-in steel braai area. This unit utilises an 8kw inverter and solar panels to remain unaffected by power outages.
Secure parking is provided inside the estate where access is controlled and security is monitored 24/7. Plettenberg Bay is the ideal destination for nature lovers as it offers six premier Blue Flag status beaches, beautiful rivers to explore, hiking trails, sea excursions, and many other activities.

House rules
When entering or exiting the estate, please make sure the electric gate is closed properly behind you to prevent access to the premises by unauthorised persons.Guests may park at the parking bay of the rental unit or in the allocated guest parking in the estate. Please do not park in front of other apartment garages or anywhere in the front river side of the apartments or on the river bank.
Please be mindful of the apartments below and around you during your stay.
Although guests are welcome to be social and to entertain, please refrain from making a noise and causing a disturbance between the hours of 23:00 pm and 06:00am.
Children may play in the communal garden areas under the strict supervision of their parents and may not play games or with toys which are likely to make a loud noise or cause any nuisance to other occupants.
Children may not use skateboards, roller skates or play any ball games in any of the parking areas, driveways, or near, next to or between any of the adjoining apartments.
The use of pellet guns or any other form of weapon which may harm, injure or kill birds, wildlife or pets in the estate, or cause property damage is strictly prohibited.
We regret that only pets belonging to registered owners of apartments are allowed in and on the estate. No other pets are allowed on or in the estate.
The estate appreciates and values abundant birdlife and free-roaming wildlife on the premises and guests are prohibited from scaring, chasing or doing anything which may hurt the animals.
Should you wish to make use of a free-standing braai, please make sure it is removed at least 30 m from the end of any patio area or neighbours' property and that the wind does not cause the smoke to become a nuisance to other residents.
Please make sure all fires are properly extinguished after your braai.
Guests must refrain from hanging any laundry, blankets or wet towels on the balcony, balcony rails, windows or anywhere where it is visible from other apartments or the common area.
Please keep common areas clean at all times.
Refuse must be put in sealed black bags and put in the allocated bins for refuse collection by the estate.
