This newly renovated semi-detached three-bedroom with one-bathroom unit, is ideal for a medium family. It has a private patio and barbecue area. Rooms are light and airy with a family kitchen and dining room. The unit is located on the communal swimming pool. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the 2 other rooms have twin beds.
Accommodation is offered in 5 luxury units, ranging from 3- to 6- sleeper units. Each unit has a private entrance, en-suite bathroom facilities, a lounge with a flat-screen TV with streaming channels, a dining area, a private patio, and braai facilities. Guests must bring their own DStv smartcard or login details. Unit 2 and 4 have fully equipped kitchens, and unit 1, 3 and 5 have kitchenettes with a stove top, microwave, bar fridge, and tea- and coffee- making facilities.
Guests have access to the communal swimming pool between 10 am and 6 pm. Unit 4 has 24/7 access to the pool as it is located near that unit.
Only one secure parking per unit is available for residents only. Sufficient street parking is available for additional vehicles or guests.
There is a concierge service to assist with transfers, day outings and any other requirements at no additional costs.
