Apartment well equipped.
My family and I had been warmly welcomed and everything had been well explained at the facility. The place was very simple and quiet and suitable for a family that just wants to spend a quiet holiday by the sea. Only 50 meters from the beach, which is of course a bonus, so you can just walk from the place to the sea at any time of the day. There are so many breathtaking places in the Cape, a week's holiday is not enough to see everything. My family has already asked me if they can come back next year, which is a sign that they also really enjoyed it. Thank you very much for the great service we received, it was wonderful. Will check in again in the future.
It is located by the beach and we could be on the beach within a 3 minute walk. The apartment was neat and clean and especially the inverter system ensured that we could watch the rugby against Italy as well as the F1 during load shedding. I can definitely recommend the place.
We were kindly received upon our arrival after 18:00 in the evening and immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is spacious and our 2 night stay does not really do justice to the facilities.
Wonderful stay. Had a wonderful stay. Everything you need for self-catering accommodation, and more than enough space for a family. Parents of the host on the same premises and very approachable and always ready to help with question, advice or deed. We had to modify reservation after check-in, and hostess graciously accepted. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! WiFi was unstable at times, and could do with heater in living room, but not essential.

Was very nice apartment, with everything for your daily needs. The apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable. So nice to be able to walk to the sea every morning. Cute braai facilities and also a small patio outside.
I have never felt so at home. Everything was there, even washing powder for the washing machine. I'll use 5 Lantra again: it's central and it's basically on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. We felt spoiled.

We received a hearty welcome on arrival the 21st December 2016 even though it was after 22:00 at night (I am sure they moved Cape Town further from Pretoria). The unit was clean and comfortable and well equipped, the indoor braai was a bonus. The unit is also close to the beach, about 100 m on the opposite side of the road. There are also a few markets, shops and gyms if you would like to exercise on holiday. We will definitely stay there again and also recommend it.

The apartment is very well equipped and it is very quiet, clean and definitely safe. Lots to do and see within walking distance and beach just over the road with Waterworld to keep kids busy (and some adults too!). Very nice stay there and Heloise's mother at no 4 is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! Only negative point would be - only one set of keys. It would help if there was at least an extra front door key so that if people in the group want to do something on their own, then they can go on their own.
Apartment is very well equipped and has enough of everything. Apartment was nice and clean and is well located. It's just a shame there isn't a sea view, but the sea is quickly within reach with children! Nice indoor and outdoor barbecue facilities! Had a great stay!
Had no problems with my 2 teenagers. Place convenient for families with especially teenagers. Didn't get any complaints from fellow residents or hostess or host. Safety excellent! Private. Comfortable. Everything you usually need was there! Only problem is outdoor grilling which could be made more sheltered due to wind. With teenagers, you won't want to barbecue inside. Will definitely book here again if available! It is close to everything.

Despite the poor weather conditions we experienced, Lantra offers good shelter from the wind and rain with a well-equipped indoor braai. Although there is a small courtyard one feels a little trapped because there is no view. The security is excellent and what the unit offers is above average spacious and tidy.
Everything was available and clean!
We are older people and would have preferred to know about the stairs before we went. That was a bit of a problem. But otherwise it is a very pleasant place to stay. Just a shame there isn't a porch/balcony, it would have made it so much nicer. But I will always recommend the place to younger people.

First of all, the owner stayed in touch with us all the time and kept us informed about everything. Thanks for all the effort. Upon entering it felt like your own home. Everything was very neat and clean. The mattresses slept so well. Would stay there again anytime.
