The unit can honestly be recommended for travelers. There is everything that makes a holiday convenient. The unit is tidy, linen is clean and the bathrooms are well appointed.

The unit is huge, 4 beds, 2 baths and a kitchen that made our Christmas dinner proud. A little tree was put up for us with lights and decorations and all, and we felt right at home. A short brisk walk to the beach, or the shops, or restaurants all nearby. The service provided by Lindy and Cristian is first class and they are a call away and are very informative about the area, and places to go. We will highly recommend 503 Nautica as a holiday destination, too beautiful and very central to CT.
The apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. There are 4 bedrooms and everything you need for a nice holiday. We stayed there for 2 weeks. Our family is 5 adults, and we had 2 more friends over on New Year's Eve, and it was still roomy enough for everyone. The sea and mountain view is panoramic and beautiful, with a hundred kite surfers frolicking in the sea all day. The apartment is clean and well maintained. I would recommend it to anyone for sure.
