House Rules

1. The unit includes a Nescafe Dulce Gusto Machine, and 4 x pods are included on arrival.
2. Beach towels are in the bathroom cabinet.
a. Please do not use bath towels when going down to the common area or beach.
b. Please do not use bathroom towels for floor use for hygiene purposes.
c. There are 2 old towels in the bathroom cabinet should you need something to mop up a spill.
3. The picnic basket is on top of the fridge.
4. Please do not keep food in the oven, after cooking please place in the fridge.
5. Upon departure, please ensure that all food stuffs are removed from the fridge.
6. Washing Machine/ Dryer
a. Guests may utilise this during their stay - a drying rack has also been provided. Please note that no items of clothing or towels may be hung on the patios.
b. Google the user manual for use.
7. Smoking is only permitted on the patios. Please refrain from smoking indoors.
8. Cleaning Services
a. Should you need any cleaning to be done during your stay there are cleaning services available for your own personal use.
9. When using common braai area please ensure that all crockery, cooking utensils and braai dish are returned to the apartment.
10. The JBL Sound system is Bluetooth activated.
a. Press the middle round button on the left of the unit to scroll through the connectivity options.
b. Use the outer round wheel on the right and move in circular motion to set volume up or down.
c. When connecting via Bluetooth look for the device: JBL L8BT.
11. Marley Get Together speaker in the room
a. Press the Bluetooth button and hold it in to make the speaker discoverable.
b. The speaker will beep when discoverable.
c. When connecting via Bluetooth look for the device: Marley Get Together.
12. Work Station
a. Guests may utilise the Wi-Fi details for work purposes.(20 gig complimentary top up details available )
13. Convenience Store is located on the right (next door) when exiting the parking lot
a. The Shop is open till 17:00.
14. Fast Food Vendors located at the beach are open until 18:100.
15. Please lock the unit when using the common area.
16. Braaiing/Barbeques are not allowed on the patios of any units and only in the common area.
17. You may invite guests to spend the day with you and enjoy the common area.
18. Please use water sparingly. Herolds Bay is located in a water scarce area.
19. On departure, please ensure that all electronics etc have been switched off for safety and security purposes.
20. Please report all breakages and damages upon check-out.
a. Things break, we understand. However, for our next guests stay we would like to replace the breakages to maintain a premium standard.
