The living area has 2 sliding doors that lead to a large balcony with panoramic sea views. The balcony has 2 sun lounging chairs, and a large patio table with 6 chairs.
The Boulders offers secure access control, by means of electric gates. Undercover parking is provided for vehicle, and additional open parking is available for visitors or trailers. The complex also offers communal braai facilities in the lovely garden, and a communal swimming pool.

There was no information about where keys can be found. Only address that website sent via sms on the day, namely 76 Compensation Beach Road. However, this was wrong. Although the flat is at 80 Compensation Road, we assumed the keys were at 76. No one was there. After struggling to locate owner who is in Namibia, she said keys are at BP garage several blocks away and wanted to know what we were looking for at no 76. She was upset when she heard I hadn't paid the balance yet , which I usually always do first when I see the place. She said if I don't pay right away I can't get the keys. Can't access website please. do not send more information early, such as e.g. pay the full amount before keys, where keys must be collected, as well as the correct address of the apartment. In the event, no 76 was a stray track and very far from where we needed to go. It started our weekend off on a bad note. Otherwise, the place to stay is nice, nice and clean, with a very good view. Owner sent WiFi password, worked well.
Lovely view, great kitchen, sound of the sea in your ears.
Hard work getting up to the 5th floor. Too many handymen and painters around. I would have at least expected toilet paper and garbage bags to be supplied, but otherwise, the things available to guests weren't too bad although better linen would be a nice addition.
The accommodation had everything we needed and more for the kids. The only big problem we had was dirt. The bath tub had beach sand, closets were dusty, hair on the sinks and floor, and toilets not scrubbed inside.
Within walking distance to village shops and local restaurants. The boardwalk is right on the doorstep.
It really is a nice place and has everything you need. We have a 20-month-old baby and this is the first vacation apartment to cater for us. There was a camping cot, chairs and more for her. I would definitely recommend that people with or without children use 508 The Boulders.
We were a fairly large family vacationing together and it worked perfectly for us. Everything we needed was in the unit. Really nice unit with fantastic sea view! Walking distance from main beach. This is really a place I would use or recommend again. Thank you for the wonderful holiday destination.
