House rules
- Rental guests are not permitted to invite or grant access to further guests in the apartment complex unless the tenant obtains prior written authorization from the owner.- Overcrowding of homes is not permitted. A maximum of 2 persons is permitted per bedroom.
- Parties and non-compliant functions or gatherings are prohibited.
- Music and noise levels must, at all times, be unobtrusive and contained within reasonable levels so as not to create a disturbance or nuisance to fellow residents.
- Pets are not allowed into the apartment complex
- Garbage is disposed of at the disposal area next to the entrance gate only.
- Maid services are available on alternative dates. Basic cleaning. She doesn’t clean personal items and does not clean dishes, a dishwasher is provided. The maximum cleaning time allowed is 2 hours.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking, failure to adhere to this, will forfeit breakage deposit.
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors or on the balcony
- Damages and breakages must be reported to the manager. Stained linen and upholstery will be charged for.
- No visible washing, towels or laundry must be shown from the outside of the building including balconies.
- On departure the apartment must be left in the same condition as on arrival.
