No problems. The stay was enjoyable.
Comfortable, clean. Everything we needed. Biscuits, coffee, cappuccino and milk would have been welcome, even if it was self-catering. Large bath towels, extra blankets and gas heater in the unit were also a big help because of the cold. Will stay there again if we need to.

My stay was pleasant. The flat where I stayed was fully equipped with a microwave, gas oven, kettle, aircon, heater, DSTV, and WiFi. It felt like a home.
My stay was great, 52 on Davidson is lovely and I especially like the fact that it is solar powered too.

Beautiful place to stay, we booked the apartment, but on arrival we got the cabin which is bigger and more expensive. A lot of detail is given to small things. From a gas heater to delicious coffee and biscuits.

Super clean with all extras. Perhaps an air conditioner in the bedroom. But lovely aircon in living area, so not a biggie. Hosts were very helpful and kind. Great stay!

Unit was neat, clean and well equipped. Hekoopmaker did not want to work and I had to pick him up at home again in the afternoon when I returned from work. After a busy day at work I wanted to relax on the patio, but there were constantly workers walking up and down and peeking into my unit.
On our trip, we visited tourist spots. Lesley was extremely helpful with any and all questions we had. She recommended places and checked in regularly to ensure we were having a good stay. The place was neat, easily accessible and well maintained. Definitely a go to place to stay.
You get more here than you would expect from ordinary self-catering. Little things make you feel at home and comfortable. It starts with the shower soap and goes all the way to the filter coffee available. If I have to stay in the area again, 52 on Davidson will be my first choice for sure.

Had to walk around the house to find someone to clock in, first night the residents in the building next door were very noisy until late. The unit was clean and tidy. Located on a busy street, sometimes had to stand in the street and wait to get into the gate as resident cars were waiting at the gate.
I stayed at 52 on Davidson for about 2 weeks. I arrived in the afternoon and Lesley was on site to meet and greet me with the cabin clean and ready for occupancy. She had everything organized and even made sure the fridge had milk, water, and juice. She also organized coffee and tea as well as a jar full of rusks. The cabin had the simple needs you would need, towels, toiletries, and toilet paper. There was DSTV and Netflix too! The cabin was well equipped and with well-appointed furniture. The bed was very relaxing and comfortable and a welcome reprieve after working the whole day. The internet was very reliable and did not falter. There was sufficient hot water and the kitchenette was well equipped so you can cook or order in and eat your food warm and fresh. The bathroom and toilet was very clean and the house itself is very neat and clean. The garden outside was amazing and maintained well by the groundskeeper. The cleaning lady always made sure to come on the days I am out so as not to disrupt me when I am staying in to work remotely and study. What was also appealing was the picnic table outside so one can read, work or simply relax outdoors in comfort. I have to say that all in all, my stay was comfortable, quiet and peaceful. I was able to study for my courses, review for exams, and work remotely – in complete peace. The neighbourhood was also very quiet, warm and welcoming and secure. Many residents were taking jogs or walking their dogs in the afternoons so I too was able to exercise without feeling vulnerable – and alone. The accommodation was in a location that is very close to malls, groceries, service stations, laundromats, restaurants, clinics/hospitals, so getting essential services without having to go too far was such a convenience and saved so much time. Security wise, there is electric fencing, an electric gate, and safe off street parking.

On the first day of our arrival she picked us up. The unit was the best one, could recommend it to my friends snd family. The prices are affordable and reasonable and it has the best location.
Staff was very friendly and polite. The host, Leslie, was not there but she contacted me 3 times via telephone to find out if everything was still in order and if there was anything we needed, please do not hesitate to approach the staff.

Incredible place.
There was a strange smell in the house, almost like cat urine, upon arriving in the house. The smell dissapated over the course of the day but then by the next morning there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom. The customer service is excellent and the rest of the house is clean. I do however think that the rate per night is a bit exessive.
This is one of those bargains. The hostess is as comfortable as family, the place to stay is beautiful and very well equipped. Location is ideal for going in any direction, safe and quiet and best of all you can't believe you could get it all so affordable. For readers there is also a variety of reading material. Now it was a blessing for us.

The owner was so friendly, she went out of her way to assist us! It's close to main roads and the facilities are excellent for a family with small children.
As you enter the gate to this home, it feels as if you've stepped into a sanctuary away from the bustle of town. Adorned with tenderly cared for plants and flowers which attracts some beautiful birds, your surrounding feels nothing but peaceful. The home itself really is lovely, welcoming, clean, stylish, and comfortable. Couple that with the prime location, and you've really got a winner. Not to mention the fantastic customer service from Lesley which made us feel so incredibly looked after and welcome. We will definitely be back the next time business calls in JHB.

There were little extras that I have never experienced in a self catering unit before. Furnishings are very comfortable and homely. I will definitely return when needing accommodation in that area again.

The "cottage" is nice and spacious to move in with everything you need in a self-catering unit with salt, coffee biscuits etc. There were also nice yoghurt juices and refreshments in the fridge. There are 30 Seconds that one can use for their own enjoyment. There is a small table outside on the veranda overlooking a lovely garden. Would stay there again anytime.

The place is unique and one of the best we have stayed. The hostess returned about 40% of the accommodation fees we paid, in the form of chocolate, biscuits, milk, butter and margarine, breakfast cereals, delicious soap, etc., etc. Everything was very clean and tidy and the television had full DStv. The place is of a high quality. Nice outdoor lawn for children to play and there is a swimming pool as well. The only criticism is that the entrance path is not too good, and burglar bars at the front door are not standard. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. Very good value for money!
The place was neat, all channels present on TV. My wife loved the bedroom and bathroom. For me the lawn was good as we were able to play soccer with my son.
