The little apartment was neat and very luxuriously furnished, everything needed was there. Just a pity the other guests couldn't smell the pool, except for the penthouses' guests.
We came from another booking which was atrocious.
The location is perfect with the most beautiful view over Vaksbaai. It is minutes away from Vishoek Beach and several restaurants, but also close to Kalk Bay, Glencairn, Simonstad, etc. The rooms/bathrooms are neat, comfortable and spacious, with several places to just hang out, rest and relax.
Very impressed with the entertainment. Friendly reception and could contact the owner at any time for information. I would recommend it to anyone. Will come back again.

Enjoyed our stay, however traffic noise and air conditioner noise were disturbing, toaster needs to be seen to, pool steps unstable, no breakfast on offer although site clearly states it is available.
52 on Vishoek was so special, hospitable, made so much effort for us. I recommend them anytime. 5 star quality.
A little home away for the weekend, close enough to walk to the beach and views of the bay area are amazing. Spotted many kayakers in the bay and even a small pod of whales chasing fish all day. Kitchen was perfectly stocked to cook and heat up and the coffee is marvellous.

We were very excited and very surprised with the stunning place! It is very centrally located and really 30 min from Cape Town itself. We explored the whole area and still stayed within our kms per day. The Cottage is a must if you book! It felt like it was just us and the sea with lots of luxury without paying a ridiculous price. Will definitely be able to introduce you to everyone! The hostess was there the whole time to make sure you were happy, but also not in your space at all. Great recommendations and took the time to make sure we had everything.

Luxury accommodation with affordable prices. Our stay here before our departure to Gauteng was truly unexpectedly pleasant. The yard's space has been used to the best advantage and for sure only peace and comfort for the weary travelers. Excellent hospitality and service. We continued the journey in the morning with little discomfort after the excellent breakfast. Keep it up!
