House rules

Our unit is designed to offer a tranquil retreat, making it ideal for those seeking relaxation. For this reason, it is not suitable for commercial activities or accommodating construction workers. We prioritize maintaining a peaceful environment for all our guests.

No smoking and no-vaping property.

Pets are not allowed to ensure the comfort of all guests.

The apartment and all its facilities, indoor and outdoor, are reserved for booked guests only. To maintain the tranquillity of the space, outside visitors are welcome only with prior permission from the host. This includes agreeing on the number of visitors and the duration of their visit. Social gatherings with outside visitors, such as pool parties, stag parties, or indoor braai's, will not be agreed upon.

We kindly ask for the names and genders of all adult guests within three days of booking. At check-in, the ID or passport of the booking guest must match the reservation details.

No guest swaps are allowed, meaning guests may leave early if needed but cannot be replaced by others who were not part of the original booking.

Housekeeping is not included but can be arranged in advance for an additional cost per day.

A refundable breakage deposit is payable in cash upon arrival and will be returned after departure, provided no damage occurred.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 05:00, guests should keep noise levels down during these times.

Bring your own beach and pool towels, as these are not provided.

The latest check-out time is 10:00.

There is 1 secure parking spot, and additional vehicles need to be parked outside the premises on the side-walk.
