56 Prestwick Village is a self-catering holiday house, situated in a quiet street in a secured gated estate, located in Hermanus. This popular holiday town on the southern coast of the Western Cape is world-famous for having fantastic land and boat-based whale watching. Its scenic beauty, mild climate, outdoor activities, rich floral kingdom, and its close proximity to Cape Town make it the ideal base from which to explore the Cape Overberg.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area and kitchen. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The other 2 bedrooms contain a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools and a scullery with a dishwasher and a washing machine. With a fire-place separating the living space, the dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.

Outside guests can relax on the patio overlooking the swimming pool and beautifully manicured garden. There is also another patio which has outdoor seating and braai facilities.
