Very friendly welcome.
Unit is old but very well maintained, shower in the main bedroom drips and the TV didn't work but otherwise a nice quiet place by the sea, close to shops.
The unit is very well located. The chairs' cushions are very thin. The large washing machine in the second bathroom causes the bathroom door to not close. So it will cause a problem if more than 2 people have to stay in the apartment.
The place smelled so bad, it was not opened prior to us getting there. It was dusty , seemed it had not been cleaned in a while. The bin had trash from previous visitors, the furniture was horrible, the stove was bad plates were rusty , was even scared to use it to cook. The shower had bad discusting things coming out from the sides everytime you shower. The place needs work especially the interior, the location and the complex was great just the inside needs lots of work.
The benches are just a little hard, but otherwise a very nice place.
I personally don't like shared braai facilities, but it's not unpleasant. It was a nice visit and will book there again. There were no shortcomings and my children could play on the lawn. The neighbors also make the place, so if there is a grumpy old granny, then it decorates the visit.
Secure and larger than expected. Could do with aircon!

Our stay was very nice and the caretaker helped us a lot, it is a nice walking distance from the stand and from the tidal pool and it is a very peaceful atmosphere.
We enjoyed our stay. The owners and caretaker were very kind and accommodating. We had safe parking with an electric gate. It was very clean and neat with all the necessities for a self catering place. Good value for money.
We were only there for a few days to end our holiday by the sea. The owner and agents responded very quickly to my inquiry and accommodated us. We had a great stay and had a good rest. Uncle Kobus and his wife who is in charge of the cleaning etc. are dear people. We will definitely visit you again. Greetings from Rustenburg North West.
The view was excellent, the place was extraordinary, clean and it was very safe. Mr. Kobus was very friendly and welcoming.
We had a great stay, were well received and had no problems, if there were any they were quickly sorted.
