The second bedroom also contains a double bed, and makes use of a separate bathroom fitted with a shower. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and air-conditioning is also available in the living area. A fold-out sleeper couch is available in the lounge. For convenience, linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar.
Guests can relax in the lounge which features a TV with an internet connection to access Netflix, but guests should bring their own username and password.
The living area opens onto a balcony with a sea view. A dedicated carport is available in front of the unit, and unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.

9 guests' feedbackThe unit is very clean, and has everything one needs, including enough crockery and kitchenware. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is ideal - with direct beach access, although the unit is not located directly on the beach. Parking for the vehicle is directly out the back door. The unit is located close to shops and restaurants.
We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and will definitely stay again.

Just think there is another living room couch that sits more comfortably and a queen size bed in the master bedroom. The rest in perfect.

House rules
6 Key Largo can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children, or 3 adults and 2 children; more than 3 adults cannot be accommodated.Netflix will be offered to our guests, but should you want to access DStv Now, please bring your own username and password with.
The unit is let as a whole and rooms cannot be booked separately.
Early or late check-ins and early or late check-outs can be arranged with the administrator beforehand, but is subject to availability.
Please note that the rules of the body corporate must be adhered to at all times and that no more than 5 guests, including adults, children and babies, and visitors be permitted to stay in the unit. If any of the rules are broken, guests may be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
A light cleaning service is available at R250 per day during your stay (laundry excluded). This must be arranged in advance and is payable together with the breakage deposit.
The refundable key and breakage deposit is R1000 and is payable directly to the owner ahead of time via an electronic fund transfer (EFT). The breakage deposit is refunded via electronic fund transfer within 3 days of checking out provided everything is in order.
Late check-in and early departure can be arranged in advance. The normal check-in hours are from 14:00 to 18:00 and check-out is from 07:00 to 09:00.
Guests should please take other guests and residents in the complex into consideration as well.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
For large groups, please also to the owners' other units, 2, 20 and 22 Key Largo located in the same complex. The owners also own 412 L'Escalier in Amanzimtoti and 412 Adante in Winklespruit.
