Was told by Guest House and you confirmed pet-friendly. Was given very old linen with holes in to sleep with whilst other guests had good white linen. Was asked for R1000 to clean a room that was hardly used as my dogs were with me at work or friends. Totally disgusted with this guest house. We were supposed to have Netflix but could never go into as was always busy with guests, but there was hardly anybody there for that week so don't know who was using it. Probably the staff. WiFi went off and we were given a mobile to use.

We had a lovely large room (Queen) with a bathroom and shower, as well as a balcony where you can relax. Our reception was friendly and professional. Furniture is neat and the bed sleeps like a dream. Very quiet neighborhood and enough security systems to let you sleep peacefully.

Apparently there was a "double booking" and we were placed somewhere else. . While I understand business is business, poor planning and service cannot be accepted.
Breakfast is very, very, very poor. Staff were sick and kept coughing while preparing breakfast and then were incapacitated when I asked about it. Will never sleep there again.
Our room didn't have its own bathroom. We had to ask for extra toilet paper in the shared bathroom. Soap dispensers were empty. Temporary walls were so thin that you could hear every sound in the house. Terrible smells from the kitchen. And the room was nothing like what was depicted on the website. But the manager was a very polite and helpful man even when he had very little to work with.
Service can improve. The food was frozen and only slightly reheated. There were no soaps in the bathroom.
Toilet broken. Lights wouldn't go off. Mobile aircon without exhaust pipe. Dirty carpets. No towels. Untidy place and unsafe area. No generator.
For accommodation relatively close to the airport and nearby.

Rooms booked and paid for were not what was supplied. An extremely distressing experience. Spoke to three of the owners. Not one would do anything about it. Would definitely not recommend.
It is a quiet area. I like that the owner was very helpful. I'll surely come and stay there again.
We were exhausted coming from the show and Pieter, the manager welcomed us and showed us the room we are going to stay in. I would say that this is one of the nicest places I have stayed in, enough room as well as great service and friendly staff. They accommodated even our Aussie, our room was near the grass that was perfect for us. These rooms are modern in every way, with block out curtains and total privacy.

The breakfast was delicious and although the pool is tiny, the cleanliness and space and loveliness of Karin and Madelein make up for any old little thing. Great neighborhood, restaurants and it was close to where I did my course. Air conditioning would be nice, but I didn't check if there was before booking. I was then fitted with a fan.

The service was excellent! They went out of their way and woke up a little later because we were late working and only arrived one hour after check in. The food was delicious and the room very neat. The area is safe and very quiet.

The room is located inside a large house. The room was very neat and clean. The breakfast was a delicious full plate that could carry you throughout the day. The room was smaller than the pictures suggested. But overall it was a comfortable atmosphere and friendly reception.
It was a beautiful guesthouse situated close by to N1 highway. Tranquil, clean and beautiful.
The luxurious feeling is unfortunately compromised by the Ricoffy and no fresh milk available in room. The TV and fridge wiring badly detracts from a very luxurious feeling.
On arrival, the reception I received from Inga was pleasant and the breakfast she prepared was fantastic, well presented. The location is central to all my business activities making it convenient for me.
The accommodation is very nice, very tidy, as well as very spacious. However, the room we used did not have aircon and was quite hot at night. The bathrooms are very neat and renovated. We made use of few facilities due to our visit requirements, but everything needed was met. Will definitely use the guest house again.
What a pleasure staying at 6 on Acacia. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful and friendly and most of all for making us feel so at home. Travelling with a one year old can be hectic, but everyone there especially the owner herself made my baby so comfortable from the food, feeding chair, baby bowls, baby cutlery, toys, camp cot - even baby bedding. Wow! They thought of it all! Our room was huge with plenty of space for my little one to play. It was like home away from home. My husband and I are very pleased. We will definitely be back.
