Beautiful view. Very clean flat with nice white linen.
We had a great stay, clean apartment, lovely view, kids had space in rooms, nice braai area, walking distance from beach. The cleaning service was excellent.
Everything was nice and peaceful, can they please just look to fix the elevator because it's uncomfortable to climb 6 floors of stairs.
Neat accommodation close to shops and restaurants. Nice experience.
The flat is marvelous, however I could not get the DSTV to work, the one bathroom is leaking like a sieve and the towels were designed for Snow White's seven dwarfs. I believe that for the money that is paid, you could at least leave a brochure on how to change the TV, fix the leak and provide bath towels.
We arrived at 14:15 on Sunday 4 September 2016, and immediately contacted the overseer Siya, who told us that it would take him 30 minutes to come to us. A security guard helped us to access the basement parking and take our luggage up to the unit. When we arrived at the unit, the cleaners were still busy cleaning it. By 15:30, when we started to show our impatience, the cleaners handed the keys over to us and let us in. As we unpacked, we realised there were no toilet paper or towels. There wasn't enough crockery and the pots and pans were dirty. We pointed out these problems to Siya when he finally arrived at 17:30. He immediately replaced the glasses and promised that the rest would be sorted the next day, which never happened. There were no cleaning products, like dishwashing liquid, and Siya claimed that it is not provided, but it was not mentioned in the marketing of the unit. Up til the time we left the crockery was never supplied and we only saw Siya again by the time we left, during which we once again pointed out the problems to him. His excuse to why the unit was not ready when we arrived, was that they were struggling to get the previous guests out of there.
